I went to this salon today, and I cried the whole way home. I begged her not to take any length off my hair (below my breasts) and after a while of badgering, I agreed to 2 inches of dead ends. My hair is now about 2 inches below my shoulders. My bangs look like my 18 month old cut them, and I asked for shorter layers, and she refused and just made them thinner. I didn’t want to hurt her feelings, so I paid and left. After seeing me in such misery, my husband called to talk to the owner, and she said she saw me and my hair was NOT as short as I said, and then hung up on us. I am so so so so so SO disappointed!!! If I wanted to waste 35 dollars, I could have ripped it up and thrown in in the garbage without ever leaving my house.
