If I didn’t know better I would think this was opening night. Sloooooowwwww service. It’s a Sunday most tables are empty. I asked for a table vs booth and had to be put on the wait list even tho many were available. Got seated finally and about 10 min later the server showed up. 10 min later our cokes showed up. Ordered onion petals for appetizer and those came in about 15 min. At l sat they were warm. Ordered the Wednesday/Sunday menu. Salads finally arrived hubby asked for more French dressing as it was basically non existent on his salad. It never came along with our lost server. Dinners arrived. She got the steaks mixed up on the plates. I got the rare with my baked potato and hubby got my medium with his fries. No biggie just switched steaks. Cut mine and blood ran all over my plate and it was like warm. Searching for our server who seems to keep getting swallowed up in a vacuum somewhere she finally arrives and takes my steak back for some more cooking. It comes out with some apologetic guy saying sorry. The edges were cooked and the inside was still cold but I just ate it. I’ve been here before and had decent food but this was not what I was expecting after driving for 8 hours today. Did I mention the LOUD obnoxious music? One can’t even carry on a conversation. Not coming back

Having been to other Outback restaurants I know what to expect of the food. Dependable, reasonably priced, etc. The difference at this Outback was the substandard level of service. I blame the waitress but also the management. Hours listed are until 11pm, and we got there a little before 10pm on a Saturday night. The waitress rushed us through the whole meal, culminating with bringing the check with my requested refill of Unlimited Shrimp. But it wasn’t only her. It’s quite unappetizing to see brooms and dustpans and other cleaning equipment left by a nearby table, a clear sign they were trying to get a jump on closing the place. Wouldn’t recommend.

DONOT do not go if the bartender is training another person. They can NOT do both jobs!!! He forgot about getting me a tea and went back to training her. I asked if they were out of tea; I’ll have water, I’m still on the clock. He was like oh yeah you are still here. I’ll wait another year for this chain restaurant to get up to speed!!! If they can; the third time has to be the charm.

Nothing special to write home about. This is a standard chain restaurant without individual personality or charm. All of our food came out just warm, not hot. Couldn’t get the waitresses attention after the food was dropped off.

A slick Outback. A definite cut above others and a standout in the Spa City. This place has a sleek décor that is very chic at night, but not so much as to be off-putting. The service is FANTASTIC. I had two of the $ 4 mini plates in the bar area, as appetizers. The coconut shrimp and the onion petals. The shrimp were great as were the onions, however if I had to do it over, I would have preferred the whole onion. The petals, while great and a bargain at $ 4 were a little overcooked. After that, I had a grilled, split lobster tail and filet. Both perfection. This was with some killer seasoned fries and a stack of pencil thin whole green beans. The beans by the way were fantastic. Not overcooked and had an olive oil sheen on them. Great food, great service… why not make it an Outback night. I’m glad I did!

It’s an Outback Steakhouse… but I went for the crispy buffalo chicken sandwich. It’s solid — and the Sam Adam Octoberfest was great as well.

We showed up around 8 and were seated within minutes. I felt like our food came out in a really reasonable timeframe. I got ribs for the first time at this restaurant and they were really tasty! I like when they are tender enough to pull off the bone with a fork so I don’t get my fingers sticky.

Our waitress Stormy K needs to learn how to waitress. Bad experience. Food was cold and just OK. She was on the phone more than paying attention to her tables.

A carbon copy of every other Outback Steakhouse in America, which is fine if you’re looking for solid service with food that’s tasty and reliable. The only downside to my last meal there was that our steaks arrived while we were about 2 minutes into our dinner salads, so you might consider delaying ordering your full meal at once if you’re more into the dining experience.
