So as we sit at the bar, 15 minutes later the manager/bartender/looker guy finally asked for drink order. Way understaffed one table is empty and four are full of old customers plates. Drinks come WITHTHEBILL. No asking for more to drink or if we want to eat an app. At 8:30 we get the BOOTH that we saw EMPTY the whole time we sat at the bar. SO we sit at the booth and the bartender/waiter dude shows up, funny. Now it’s 9:10 and the tables are still filled with plates from the last customers. No bussers at all; all done by the hostess. Amazing to say the least! The steaks were great; but, we missed the apps. Still full from the great bread and steak. I’m just amazed at the dirty tables here and nobody seems to care about it. It’s hard to sit customers if a lot of tables are dirty. Overwhelmed and understaffed.

Visited the restaurant around 3 o’clock on Saturday afternoon before Christmas and the restaurant was pretty busy. Was seated within 10 minutes and greeted by our waiter Walter. Placed our order of splitting the large ribeye, sweet potato and two orders of French onion soup. The soup came out promptly and was hot covered with melted cheese and was delicious. The bone in ribeye steak was perfectly cooked medium rare plus nice & juicy and very tasty and the sweet potatoes were great. Can’t say enough about our waiter Walter has he checked on us multiple times offered us dessert at the end which we declined and probably deliver the bill. I would highly recommend returning to Longhorn steakhouse in Hot Springs Arkansas and asking for a Walter!

My 6 oz. filet was great and the broccoli was cooked just the way I like it. Unfortunately that’s where the good news ends. The bread was served without bread plates, and the salad was truly uninspired like they bought a bag of premixed, dumped it in a bowl and threw on some dressing. The waiter was horrible. No warmth at all. At one point he brought the extra butter we requested and it slipped out of his hand and clanged down on my plate. Not even an apology. The table next to us was a party of 6 or 8, and they waited forever and then the orders came out sporadically and some were incorrect. Major improvements needed here.

The most tasteless steak I have ever put in my mouth. Definitely not worth the money spent. Will not be returning. Waitress was good but the food was below par!

I hate to say it but the service of this restaurant is far from my expectation.

We went again today to Longhorn Steakhouse. We were seated right away and were pleasantly surprised to have our favorite server in town, Michelle. I had the Triple Bacon Sirloin. It tasted great and was cooked perfectly and did I mention it had TRIPLEBACON!!! My wife and daughter had the Balsamic-Raspberry Seared Chicken and it was really tasty and they loved it. They do a great job on the chicken dishes that we have had, always thick, tender and juicy. Our meals came out just as we were finishing our salads. Michelle was waiting on 6 full tables and she never missed a beat. The manager stopped by and made sure we were happy and we were!

Coming from Texas, I know a good steak. I had a ribeye, it was a great steak. The employment is what threw me off. They left off part of our order, which is ok it happens. They were just very apologetic and throwing the blame to everyone else. The manager even came over, which is great, but the way he delivered it sounded like he was telling us our waiter just ran over our dog. I think I almost saw a tear swelling up. Also, our waiter was was way too overworked. Looking over way too many tables thus not being able to wait on us until we were at our table ~10 min. Some people may enjoy the over apologetic-ness. Too much for me, especially when we weren’t upset/angry. TL;DR: good food, weird staff.

Very disappointed in what they called«ribeye» steak and asparagus which tasted like burnt straw. Manager comped asparagus. Decent salad. Bread and Wild West shrimp appetizer excellent. Service attentive and good. Uncertain if we will give it a second try unless we see improvements.

My wife and I had one of the worst dining experiences that I can ever remember. The business was not very busy, but from the time we arrived until we received our main course was approx. 45 minutes. My wife ordered ribs, salad, and baked potato. The potato was way over done, and could be considered burned. I ordered salmon, salad, and asparagus. The salmon was grilled on one side and had stayed on the grill so long a hard brown crust was formed, while the other side was barely done. The asparagus was uneatable, as it was totally tough and stringy. The first bite turned into a mass of fibers as I chewed it. The manager was very nice and tried to fix the problems, but the damage was already done. He did allow us to not pay for the meal, so we left a tip on the table and left. My last visit to this place.

Unimpressive in too many ways to mention. OK if you insist. Crude floor manager was rude to us as I mentioned that the pepper grinder was splitting the pepper pod’s in half not grinding them. She grabbed it(I mean really grabbed it) and adjusted the screw on the grinder handle and shoved it back like we had put her out for mentioning it. We had a group of 8 I believe. One guy at our table bit into his hamburger and came away with a paper cheese wrapper or pattie divider. The cheese soup was other worldly like made of cheese from mars or beyond. Waitress was sweet but untrained to the max. She took the burger with the paper back along with one or two of the soups from Mars and was told by the same floor manager to comp it and then she said she was told it would come out of her pay by the hottie tottie floor manager gal. She was almost in tears by the time we left and the group made sure she was confiscated for any money the she had been ripped of for by the manager gal.

Stopped here for an early dinner. Husband and I ordered the ribeye and filet. The ribeye was a little overdone. Ordered medium rare. Decent flavor. Filet was melt in your mouth tender and cooked perfectly. No steak sauce needed. Green beans were delicious as well. Service, iced tea and bread were all great as well.

Their food is excellent. I love their Sierra Chicken and Caesar Salad. Their bread is good too. The only two issues is at the music is loud at times in there, as well as they are quite pricey. I don’t get to go all too often, but it does make a nice occasional treat when I get in the mood for their chicken. It probably is the best steakhouse in Hot Springs.

Went here for lunch with my friend for her birthday. We both had broccoli asiago soup with an order of fries. The soup was delicious. The fries were pretty good, but a bit salty for my taste. Our waiter was friendly, attentive and helpful. He even took a picture of us. It was a good experience.

Service was excellent! Atmosphere great! Not a lot of menu choices, barely any fried food on the menu! Inexpensive! I had the BBQ braised beef sandwich, it was good. Would go back but it wouldn’t be my first choice!

Had the Outlaw ribeye and it was the best steak we had in years. Service was great too! No tables available and a long line but, the atmosphere was great in the bar area. We will definitely return!

Bought a sirloin steak and it wasn’t the best I’ve ever had. Steak was very chewy and tough. The honey wheat bread brought to my table for a starter was not the best. I will not be eating here again. Service is excellent though.

So far… no bueno. They won’t cook a burger any less than medium. I’ve never heard of a steakhouse that won’t cook a burger medium-rare. My sweet tea was not sweet at all… and then after sending it back, the next one was unsweet too. So I ended up having a medium burger… and a Coke. The burger was just okay and had too much bun. Also, someone I was eating with got his burger… and although they wouldn’t make mine less than medium, his came medium rare. It was undercooked from«MEDIUM»… but if they’ll serve that — why not prepare mine MEDIUMRARE? And, I’m not impressed with the bread either. Fries were pretty good though. Maybe the steaks are better.
