Delicious food and very friendly atmosphere. We travel to hot springs when family is in town and had never heard of this great place. The soup of the day was delicious! It’s a must try if you are in the area.

Tonight my husband and I had a date at Jay’s. Our server was amazing and the food was not only beautiful but sooooooo delicious. I got a stuffed Salmon and it had a an amazing fruity sauce. My husband had a pasta dish that was so savory and the chicken was perfect. The place feels so upscale yet homey. We had blueberry cream brûlée and oh my gosh was it good.
I will be going back and I’m so happy to have this little gem in our town!

Jays is a great new restaurant in Hot Springs. Unique dishes, delicous bread and a lovely outdoor patio on which to dine. Best marquerita I’ve ever had as well. Superb service and atmosphere. Been there a few times and it has become my go-to restaurant in Hot Springs for fine dining.

Had dinner there last night and severely disappointed. Over staffed and under-fooded. Barely warm onion soup with what was likely factory stock, cheap farm salmon overcooked (but it was well presented) and the lamest excuse for Italian bread I’ve ever been presented. I also detected a lesser oil which is the likely cause of heartburn last night.
All was served by a huge cast of ill-trained but friendly servers.
Yeah I’m hard but with $ 25 a la carte entrees I expect decent food. This wasn’t.
Place is new and owners are experienced. I will try it again for lunch in a few weeks but with it”s cheap-ingredients perspective I’m not hopeful, Fire some folks and buy better inputs.
