We were quoted $ 99 a night for a Friday and Saturday. We went to the lobby to request new towels and toilet paper. We were told that we couldn’t have new towels until we turned in the old ones. Our rooms were disgusting with mold growing in the fridge and bathroom walls. After dark the parking lot turned into a loud, sketchy hangout. It is definitely not a family friendly establishment. When returning from a day at Magic Springs I circled the motel parking lot looking for a spot. I found a spot with a young girl and little boy standing in it blocking me from parking. When I finally found a spot, the kid yelled to me that he was saving it for the manager of the joint. I kept my mouth closed because I didn’t want my car to get keyed or dented. They advertised free Wi-Fi but we were unable to get a signal. I didn’t expect this place to be a 4 star hotel but I was hoping for better service. Next time I will pay extra to stay at one of the chain hotels down the street.

Stayed here recently for one night only. We were quoted $ 68 + tax with basically no internet and no breakfast — not sure that we would want to eat it anyway if they offered it. Very dirty room. So-so service. It was a last-minute choice over a busy weekend.

I’ve been to this motel multiple times with my then-fiancée, now wife. You can’t beat the value. $ 39.99 is an excellent price in Hot Springs. We lived in Hot Springs, so it was just a little getaway, and we didn’t require much. They don’t take reservations more than a month or so in advance though, and sometimes they lose reservations. It didn’t matter as they always had a spot for us. The rooms were old and dated, but they were comfy and safe, which if you’re familiar with Hot Springs, is most important and the hardest to find. And all for the price of $ 40! Unbeatable! The internet service is free, but not the best. There is a restaurant across the street at the Howard Johnson. I haven’t tried the food, so I cannot comment on that. By the way, though I recommend this hotel, I do not recommend Hot Springs in general. If you stray far outside of the National Park, you are subject to dangerous elements. Just a note: the area that the All Seasons is in is not the best area, so if you arrive late at night, don’t stray far, particularly if you’re walking.
