Howard Johnson Inn

this is the only place i have stayed on my trips to hot springs. the guy at the front desk is really nice. check in was quick. it is an older motel, but it wasn’t dirty by any means. it is nothing fancy, but everything worked, was clean, and there was coffee. the previous person commented on the parking which i didn’t have a problem with.

Do not stay here if you have the option to stay here!
First, let me talk about the parking lot. It’s not very sightly. The stucko is old and peeling, if you take a good look in daylight you can see yellowing walls and water stains on the outside. It looks (from the outside) like an abandoned hotel.
We took an elevator up to our room which was not clean at all. The flooring of the hotel walkway looks weathered and needs to be completely redone.
When we entered our hotel the first thing I noticed was that the walls were hideous and had stains, in the bathroom area the walls had pizza residue!
The restroom itself was freezing cold and the toilet DIDNT flush!
our bed was so uncomfortable but at least it was clean.
The TV was fuzzy and got like 2 channels.
The wifi is free, but you know why the it’s free? BECAUSE IT DOESN’T WORK!
Even with the heater the room was freezing and so unfriendly looking. I would never ever stay at this hotel unless I had absolutely no choice.
I suggest you find better lodging!
I paid 80 dollars for a horrible room!
