Merry Maids

We hired Merry Maids to clean my home and the home of my Mother. The sales lady was very friendly and discussed all the items the maid would clean weekly and what she would rotate. She gave me a price and we agreed to start. The sales promises were not true of our experience. We kept service with them for approximately two months and they were awful. A different maid showed up every time. When we weren’t actually home barely any work was done at all. Obvious dirt and grim on bathroom counters and floors, nothing in the kitchen was moved on the counters to clean. The team at the office was apologetic but offered nothing in the way of a solution on how they planned to correct the problems. Zero oversight on their maids in the field. Do not hire this company.
