Drive through us the slowest I have experienced. Fries always old and soggy as well as the nuggets.

Ordered the baconator and it is so not like the mainlands baconator. It had two tiny fatty pieces of bacon on it! The cheese was not melted and they put sauce when asked for it plain. Very disappointed! This wasn’t the first time it seems most Hawaii Wendy’s are like this! Just lack of care and quality in their burgers! Wendy would not be happy!

Food is cold, been to some good Wendys but this one is consistently bad. Never go there again.

So normally I love Wendy’s, but I had an awful experience today at this location. So after making my order I specifically asked for sweet and sour sauce with my chicken nuggets. Sure enough, no sweet and sour sauce. It’s my fault for not doing a thorough check of my bag but I had people in line behind me. No ketchup with the fries either but I guess this just isn’t standard here? My baked potato also tasted and looked a week old. Not impressed. $ 15 an hour for fast food employees? For what?

Not bad for fast food. Love the 4 for $ 4. Yet it was $ 5 in Hawaii. Fast service and clean. The order was correct and fast.

I love Wendy’s but they need more staff at this location. All the trash cans were overflowing. No napkins anywhere to be found. No ketchup, all out. The line took foreeeeeeeeeever. One register open. This place always redefines«fast food». Got my order wrong. Okay, fine. Burger was anything but fresh and juicy. Well done hockey puck. And the entire time I was there, no one emptied the trash. No one put in napkins. No one put in more ketchup. I had no place to put my trash except to contribute to Mount Crapzilla.

Ketchup was neither automatically included with my order of large fries nor was it offered to me in the drive-thru. Fries without ketchup are worthless.

No hi or thank you… didn’t even fill my large drink top full it was a little over half. Went to the drive thru. Messed up our order had to enter the store it get it fixed wat bad customer service. .and once I entered they acted like it was my fault that somehow I was the one who gave us the wrong food. top it off there was no apologies. .only reason why I didnt rate one star is cuz the food was good… the woman who gave us our drinks did not say one word to us just stared and handed us our drinks. Wow a hi would have done it.

Fast food is a tough way to score stars, However I like the variety of Wendy’s menu. The burgers, fries, baked potato and a is always good! This is my on the way home hungry stop. Long lines at drive through can be frustrating but the food is usually worth the wait.

It’s always a hit or miss. I love getting their Frosty… and I love it when it’s so thick you eat it like ice cream. Sometimes even when it’s not hot outside… I’m so disappointed to see it melted. But this location is crazy popular, on week days more so than weekends there are always long lines for the drive thru. To the point traffic gets stopped. It’s your typical fast food chain and here in Hawaii I tend to prefer Wendy’s over McDonald’s if I have to get fast food. I love their crispy chicken sandwich, it used to be 99 cents now it’s a $ 1.39. But it’s still great and cheap to get. It’s more real than McDonald’s, where it’s flat and dry. I love, LOVE, their fries. It’s perfect in every way. My housemate’s son can attest to that since he the little 2 year old can eat a large size by himself :/haha

Place is in such an isolated location thus it amplifies the sound coming from the motorcycles entering and leaving the adjacent bike shop thus making it harder for people to eat peacefully. The lot area is small thus the drive through line builds up quickly.

Have you tried the latest offering at Wendy’s, the pulled pork meal deal? It’s delicious with choice of sauce: sweet, spicy or smoky, and cole slaw! Along with fries and a drink, it’s a satisfying meal that’s better than the run of the mill hamburger and fries meal deal! Get it while it’s a available! Woo hoo!

It’s always a hit or miss with this place. Some days they’re good and other days they’re just horrible. Like for instance, tonight as I’m waiting for my food, it’s been about 20 minutes + and there is just me here with my BF. So, what the hell is taking so long? We ordered a salad and nuggets . Another night they had all their workers call in sick and the person on duty didn’t know what to do, so lines were backed up and there were tons of pissed off people. Other nights they completely forget to put my dressing in my package for my salad, causing me to have to drive back there just for that. Nevertheless though, we come here often since it’s open late and close to our house. On a good note, their spicy chicken Caesar salad is yummy! I prefer Wendy’s salad over McDonald’s and Jacks. Lol

Wendy’s has come a long way since I last had it more than 4 years ago! The new menu choices are pretty great. I ordered something simple… Crispy Dill for like $ 1.29. It was so good. The veggies in the sandwich were so fresh and crispy, too. I think it was a Shift Manager that helped us and he really is good at what he does. He even checked up on us at the table as well as the rest of the customers in the dining area. The Blackberry Lemonade was refreshing but could probably use a little more water to lighten the sweetness up. Still had room for a classic though… Chocolate Frosty! Will definitely be back to try others on the new menu!

The last time I was in a Wendy’s in the mainland was with a really close friend and we had — what else? But a Chocolate Frosty each. Nothing else. Just a long talk and a large shake that held as many memories as the talk. So– food can bring back many powerful and vivid memories. This Wendy’s reminds me that fast food is the devil. I know that it is really not the devil… but it was good for melodramatics. Here the only nice thing is the location close to the airport and that they have 2 cashiers normally to help with only 1 line so ordering goes by faster. The inside looks so much the same as in Chicago, or Wis, or Indiana or wherever… but it kinda ended there. The value menu is about the same as anywhere. But the baked potato that is vastly different from what other fast food places even think of offering is HORRIBLE at this location– dry and unhappy. Service is slower than other Wendy’s. I get it — it’s HI but the food is pre-made. Other than that… the drive thru takes forever and it not designed well because of the set up, cars pile behind and it is difficult to then drive around them safely. Also parking can be a problem. If every table had a car parked in the lot– then there would not be enough room for any other customers to park. Also– sometimes when motorcycle clubs go out for rides since it is right next to them there are NO parking spots. Again– reality can’t live up to old fond memories.

LOL. I always go here with the intention of getting one of their salads but I come out with a burger and fries. Today I actually got a chicken cranberry salad, it was pretty good. You can order a half or whole salad. I also love the new pretzel buns. Their fries are addicting to me I don’t know why. I also love the shakes but the small is very small so order a large. The drive thru line here can get pretty long so don’t go during lunch hours.

I’m the queen of good intentions when it comes to packing lunch to bring to work yet at least twice a week I find myself wandering the streets looking for something to eat. The afternoon lunch rush at places can be maddening, and unfortunately you can find yourself spending most if not all of your lunch break waiting on your food only to come back to the office to swallow your meal whole mad at yourself for being such a procrastinator. Oddly enough Wendy’s is one of those places that is superbly efficient at getting you in and out during the crushing lunch rush and your order is always right. I’ve been here a few times during the weekday lunch rush and you have folks from every profession jammed into the place wanting everything from burgers to chili to the signature Frosty’s and somehow despite the crowds and sometimes surly customers the employees are also always friendly as well. On days I’ve gone in with multiple orders, they’ve been awesome enough to give me a large bag to ensure that I don’t spill everything all over the place on my way back to the car. The food is fresh and fast, and for fast food, it’s pretty darn good food.

I went to Wendy’s for the first time at 9 a.m. For a breakfast meeting. It was then that I found out that although they are open from 8 a.m. To 3 a.m., they don’t have a breakfast menu. Yes, burgers, baked potato, chili, and fries but nothing breakfast like. I was very disappointed. The redeeming factor was there is ample parking and coffee. Pretty good coffee actually. So take a lesson from the not well informed and go here for lunch or dinner options. Definitely not a breakfast place.
