Ugh… It’s been 3 months since I got my phone fixed and I dropped it while sitting down in a chair. It fell faced down and it cracked both the screen protector and the phone underneath. It’s pass the warranty date so I’m pretty bummed out. I should’ve just used that $ 157 to buy a new phone which is what I have to do anyway. Oh well lesson learned (don’t use your iphone on chairs).

I have left my iPhone6s in a random cab while I was in Hawaii.
Luckily the driver took my phone to Tech Armor and Josh had helped to get my phone back.
I was already back in Japan when Josh had received my phone, but he was really kind to send it over to Japan and tried everything to make me comfortable.
It was unbelievably kind of him to do such, although I was not his customer.
5 star is not enough to explain how great he is and what he has done.

My iPad mini screen shattered… like to the point where I was unable to use it… so I took it into them bc Apple wanted me to replace it (um no thanks) and kari the blonde girl, helped me out. She had the part (which is awesome didn’t have to order it. they seemed to be ontop of their inventory) and said it should take 24 hours. It was completed the next morning and was good as new. Super stoked and highly recommend tech armor

Amazing service! Josh fixed my screen in 15 minutes and was very nice! I had my screen fixed previously before and he noticed what a terrible job they did! Hopefully I won’t have to get my screen replaced again but if I do I won’t even think twice about where I’m going!

Dropped my phone a few days ago and shattered my screen pretty badly. So I made an appointment ($ 10 off!) and stopped by to fix my screen here. Super quick and friendly service! Would definitely recommend :)

I dropped my iPhone and cracked my screen. Went to Tech Armor in front of McDonald’s in alamoana and Josh replaced the screen in 20min. Josh is extremely knowledgable and handled my phone with care. Great product and fantastic customer service! I would recommend Josh’s service to anyone. Thanks Josh!

I did away with T Mobile jump a few months back and so it was inevitable that I would drop my phone and crack the #&$$@ glass! The struggle got real when I learned that if I went through T Mobile (BTW — I’ve been a loyal customer for 16 years– no love) I’d have to pay $ 250.00 because I’d be returning a damaged phone plus another 200 something to repair it! While I still owe 470ish? Granted had I kept the jump program at $ 10 a month ($ 120 a year) insurance would still have required $ 175 deductible to play the jump game… See where I am going with this? It’s a lot to digest… Basically the consumer cannot win in this situation. Carriers don’t need contracts anymore because they can own you through your lease that might take even longer to get out of then a contract could at $ 20 a month to lease a phone.
Long story short TECH ARMOR saved me a bunch of money! Thank you Josh for being knowledgeable, efficient (took only 30min) and very helpful in repairing my phone! You are AWESOME! Definitely recommend!

These guys are good! A little pricy but I paid extra for the convenience, he fixed my daughters phone in 20 min while I ate breakfast at the McDonalds next door!

Carrie at Tech Armor in the Ala Moana Mall saved me upwards of $ 300. BOOM!
Based on the Verizon tech guy, my Note 4 screen would not turn on b/​c my phone had suffered water damage (even though I never dropped in any liquids or spilled anything on it — but I have sweat thru my work clothes in it and thought that may have been the issue). He said that since the water damage indicators had purple X’s on it, the Verizon warranty was void and I had to buy a new phone or pay out of pocket for repairs. Well, I dropped off the phone at Tech Armor, they weren’t able to look at it before they closed, but the owner went out of his way to go to another store to get a dry bag (since his location was out) and offered to put my phone in it. Carrie told him it was unnecessary because the phone had not suffered water damage (saving me another $ 20 or so for the bag) and told me that she did not inspect the phone because regardless of what the issue was with the screen not working, she would have to remove and replace the screen just to inspect it ($ 250 – 300). She insisted I call Verizon again and have the phone serviced under warranty.
Carrie at Tech Armor is an honest cell phone repair tech that could have easily gotten her company a $ 300+ job, but refused to do so because it was not necessary and I would have been wasting my own money when Verizon should have covered the repairs or replacements. Let’s just hope Verizon is just as good. Thanks Carrie!

We went to tricked out accessories to get our phone screen fixed and it would take 30+ mins, then I Unilocaled this place and they had really good reviews so I decided to give them a try and when I checked in a coupon popped up for
% 50 off a screen protector. Matan was working and he had our phone done in 10mins! Super nice super friendly and great service! Will definitely come back to them !

Great work! We had two phones fixed, one was a severely cracked screen (parts of the screen were gone!)and the other phone the speaker didn’t work, I also had a loose battery in my phone that I was unaware of.
He gave us a great deal, we got something to eat and went for a walk and came back and the phones were done & working!

Dropped my iPhone earlier this week and thought about just living with a cracked screen until my upgrade eligibility. I’ve done it before and having a phone with a cracked screen for x amount of time was a struggle!
I immediately started Googling places that fixed phone screens and came across this little ditty on Unilocal.Based on the positive reviews, it didn’t take long for me to decide. I was quoted $ 139 based on the model of my phone so I’m guessing prices range by models. I was also told it would take 20 – 30 minutes but I don’t really know how long it took since I decided to kill time at Mai Tai. When I got back to the kiosk, my phone looked exactly the way it did when I first got it! I didn’t get the name of the tech who fixed my screen but I am beyond pleased with the results! Don’t bother looking anywhere else, Tech Armor is where it’s at!

I am beyond impressed. While on my morning jog I dropped my iPhone 6 and it completely shattered the screen! The screen was so bad it cut my finger when I touched it. I showed up to tech armor kiosk at ala Moana without any notice and the friendly worker took my phone without any problem! She told me to return in 20 minutes and it would be fixed!
Fast, reliable and professional company.
While the price was a little on the steep side ($ 150) I wouldn’t hesitate to return ! I called a few other places and only one other place offered a lower price but they had horrible reviews. I highly recommend this place !

Very low quality screens for the iPhone, I compared it to my boyfriends and it wasn’t as clear and bright. After 2 weeks I returned to the Kiosk because I had also bought a screen protector that was suppose to stop my phone from breaking. I dropped my phone a lame 3 feet and both the screen protector and phone shattered. They also told me when I originally went to fix my phone that their was full warranty for 60 days if my phone screen breaks.
So you can see my surprise when they said they wouldn’t honor the 60 day warranty or the fact that the protected glass I bought failed to work. Very sketchy Kiosk.

Talked to one of them and asked him how much it would cost to fix a small crack on the screen of my iPad mini. He told me $ 199, mind you all l bought my iPad mini brand new for $ 239…does that make sense?

Called around to a few different places to see how much it would cost to get my iPhone 5S screen replaced. All places where about the same price. It was between TCA wireless, Apple store or Tech Armor. After talking to the guy at Tech Armor he said it would only take him 15−20mins to fix, so I decided to give them a shot.
Suuuuper Awesome!!! My screen was bulging out and cracked. He fixed both issues and also recommended for me to get a tempered glass screen protector, which he gave me a discount on too! I have seen the tempered glass screen protectors before but they were just too expensive at other places (about $ 50…). Over all great experience!!! My phone looks like brand new :) All said and done my service cost $ 150 for everything! Good deals!

Cracked my iphone 5S screen and immediately began researching repair shops on Unilocal.It was going to be between Tech Armor and Gadget Guyz but I decided to give Tech Armor a shot (the Unilocal reviews on GG seemed to suggest attitude issues).
I called to make sure they had the replacement part prior to going, which they did. Got to the kiosk a little bit before 10:30 am. Gave the phone to the employee (didn’t get his name) who quoted me the price and told me it would be about 30 – 40 minutes. He immediately started to work on the phone. I wandered around the mall for a bit until just about 10:50 am. When I got to the kiosk, he was already working on another phone and my screen was replaced and ready to go.
Employee was friendly and easy going. Made sure my phone was working and told me there was a 90 day warranty. I will definitely be going back for phone repairs.
