I had quite a frustrating experience with Dave trying to fix my ipad. I had a cracked screen and while Dave was a nice guy, he botched it up multiple times before I had a working ipad again. The first time he tried to change out the screen it took quite a long time and there were smudges and fingerprints on the inside of the screen. It was maddening when you can’t wipe it off. I had Dave look at it again. I got my ipad back in even worst shape. There was loose glass inside now and the ipad would shut off randomly. This left my ipad unusable. Luckly i contacted the mainland office and they had Tim down in chinatown look into it. He fixed all the issues and even changed out a lot of parts with no extra costs. I finally had a working ipad again, but it took a lot longer than expected.

My son dropped my ipad one last time this weekend and it finally cracked the screen. I was so sad. Then I found that Apple will replace your cracked screen… for $ 249! What?! Of course I googled ipad repair and iCracked came up with a lot of good reviews so I put a ticket in. Within moments David texted me and we made an appointment for the following evening. We met at a Starbucks close to the office, so it was really convenient. David was extremely professional but personable, telling me all the things he was looking for to ensure my iPad was functioning properly before he took it to be repaired. We agreed on all points, he verified my serial number and promised to have it repaired and returned within 24 hours — and he did. David explained the entire timeline, so you could have reasonable expectations. He even smoothed out the corners of my ipad which were kind of roughed up, and replaced the antennae when it didn’t come out cleanly during the process. This process was worth every penny of the $ 125 I paid. Customer service was awesome and the final product was great!
