Walked in with a shattered iphone6+ screen, and 20 minutes later walked out completely satisfied. Friendly and fair and recommended by the concierge for good reason. Josh helped me out in a pinch and earned my loyalty. Thanks bro!

Wow, Justin is amazing! I came to him in a rush to fix my note 3 screen and although he didn’t have the part on hand, he kept clear open communication and called me back once he received it! It took around 30 minutes to fix and I got back my beautiful phone screen back! I will DEFINITELY refer him to anyone in need of a cracked screen or hardware issues. Wow, I am livid by the horrible customer service and shoddy workmanship I received from this repair shop. Came here because of the Unilocal recommendations and I was in Waikiki. I dropped off my Ipad and asked him to replace my cracked screen. The worker there, Madon, promised same day pickup and I was quite happy with that. Came back at the end of the day and it was still not finished. I wasted a whole day hanging around the area for nothing! Fine, I understand things happen unexpectedly and he told me to return the next day to pick up. I could not make it back and he had 2 days to work on the screen. When I returned he took my money and I left satisfied-NOT! When I got home and turned it on I could see light shining through the gap between the glass and the Ipad frame, it was totally popping out! Oh great another wasted trip back to the repair shop to look forward to. Went back a few days later to get the problem solved. I explained to him the issue with the Ipad and he was quite abrasive and threw a negative vibe toward me. At this point I just wanted the job done. Went home with the Ipad and found scratches on the backside of the glass! On top of that there were white things stuck inside! I am livid at this whole experience. Bring in for a repair and leave with more issues than expected. Just keep away! Hoping to save people from this stress and Unnecessary headache and terrible attitude toward customers!

AMAZING! I have gotten my iphones fixed before at other places in ala moana but tech armor is the best service I’ve gotten! Not only are the staff super helpful theyre super nice and fast & completely fixed my phone!(Went to the Waikiki location) Def going back if I every need my phone fixed.

My phone broke while I was on business in Hawaii. Took it to these guys who could have taken my business, but instead told me that the phone is most likely still under warranty and could be fixed or replaced by Verizon for free. Sure enough, they were right. Thanks for acting with integrity guys!

Just visited about an hour ago and I cannot say one bad word about the place and service. We came in with one iphone with a cracked screen and one iphone with a broken top button. Both for very very reasonable prices I could not turn down. Both phones combined took only an hour and gave us a chance to stroll Waikiki. I’m very happy to finally have a fixed phone, something I had put off for way too long. Tech Armor is the best and I highly recommend this place to anyone with a tech problem! Thanks guys!
