Horrible service. SLOW worker, Very skimpy on the veggies (even more so than most subways). There are almost always friends or family of the workers hanging around, they pay more attention to them talking in another language rather than focus on the customers. The way they put the toppings, even after you say EXTRA, would make you think it comes out of their own paycheck! The few seats they have outside of the shop always has their friends hanging out waiting for them to come out and talk. I know this because i work next door and constantly see this every day.

Wow… We ordered online. Got our confirmation number. We walked 10 –15 minutes to pick up our order and were told that the owner didn’t have them signed up for online orders. We showed the ladies the confirmation number. They called their boss and explained the situation. We had already received a confirmation number and an email from our credit card that we had been charged. As they tried to figure out what to do we received an email saying that our order was not accepted. Long story short we re ordered and paid. Got our sandwiches home and I bit into my meatball sandwich and hit what seemed to be a hard substance. As far as we could tell it seemed they took an old meatball and covered it with newer meat. There was clearly two different colored meats. The center was as hard as a rock. We just threw it away and chocked it up to a bad experience.

Picked up a club sub and a salad. It was all made fresh and fast. It all tasted delicious.
The shop is really small, no real sitting area, but we wanted to take out anyway. So perfect for us.

I understand this is a «tourist trap Waikiki» location so the prices are a littler higher, however, I don’t think that warrants a $ 9 6inch spicy Italian. I know the $ 5 footlong does not exist in Hawaii but come on.
On top of that, the service is painfully slow. Every time I come in here it takes 15 minutes to make a sub. Today, a man who was already paying decided to order 3 MORE footlongs. So, after my sandwich was already started, they put mine aside and made 3 more and let him pay all over again, making this a 20 minute wait for my subway sandwich. Fail

I’m literally the only one in the store and I’m writing this review while I wait. The women who works is doing everything but help me, changing out the coffee, light cleaning, ect. Now that I’m actually getting service she is meticulously adding my toppings one by one. Finally my breakfast is finished I tell her it is to go, now 2 other people walk in, she gives me a handful of napkins and my wrap and walks away. No bag no ”have a nice day” just ‘here’s some crumpled up napkins and your sandwich. This is the WORST service I’ve ever received go anywhere else.

This subway does not deserve any rating. Slowest service I have had ever at a subway. There was one person working and she individually was putting 1 – 2 olives on a sandwich. Not fast at all. Her knowledge of drink offerings was poor when another customer asked if they had anything hot. She had to look. Find another subway if you can.
