So I am not usually a phở person… i usually opt for the bahn mi. But i always go for the phở(and bahn mi) at this spot. The phở isn’t as salty(a little sweet kick?) and i like how the combo of meat is already cooked. You get a combo of sliced meat with some meatballs and plenty of noodles. They are a popular local spot so make sure you order your phở early if you want it for dinner. There has been a few times I have called in my order and they are sold out for the day! I haven’t got to try their wraps so that is on my next to do. Check it out if you live close up and support local! TIP: get a stamper card — buy 10, 11th for free.

The best wrap in town . Very large portion and very reasonable prize. The lady who is the owner has a great positive attitude. I recommend this place so much. Try their Volcano Nachos, it’s a bomb

This is a great neighborhood meat/veggie wrap carry out/to go place. The veggies are fresh and the wrap is tasty and cost around $ 8. There are more local selections here than subway. I like the Kalua pig wrap. It’s delicious. The place might be a little hard to find but it is in the discovery bay, it is inside in between McDonald’s and Buffalo Wild Wings, closer to the Buffalo Wild Wings side. When you see the stairs from the street go up and you will see it inside. It is really small and it is for to go not to dine in. This is a much better alternative than any wrap or sandwich you will find at the ABC stores and much healthier than any of the fast food options nearly. The people working here are friendly and seems like really nice people. You choose a wrap, the meat, cheese, veggies, and the sauce. The place is clean and I enjoy the local selections. This is a good value, freshly made wrap sandwich shop for the Ala Moana mall side of waikiki. If you are close, this is a good quick bite.

Love this place. If you want some yummy wraps, phở and then some it’s the place to be The prices are cheap and the food is good especially if you want something quickly. My fave is the spicy ahi tuna wrap. It really has a kick and it’s probably the only place that serves cheap phở. Great place for a quick fix and something healthy.

I looooove this place! My boyfriend lives in Discovery Bay so we’re always here for a quick lunch or dinner. I always get their smoked salmon wrap with spinach tortilla. TONS of veggies and lots of flavor with so little guilt. The wraps always come out huge and I’m never disappointed. Anne and her husband are great! If you’re looking for a healthy alternative to all the fast food places around here, I would def give them a try.

Don’t expect a small eating restaurant. This place was tucked away into a small shopping area with only two small tables and is more like one of those to-go order places. I got the Kalbi beef plate and was able to add Kahlua pork for another $ 2. It came with two scoops of rice and a salad. There was a spicy dipping sauce that it came with and it was some darn good sauce. I was impressed by both the pork and beef, and for the price, it was worth it! Cool place to get food if in one of the nearby resorts and want to eat in your room.

After finishing a satisfying interview at Red Lobster right across the street, I stumbled upon this gem of a place. Famished and with only $ 20 in my pocket, Subway and McDonald’s seemed unappealing… I was searching for somewhere cheap and inexpensive and have found just that at Saigon Salads! The woman moving boxes in(I’m assuming they had just relocated) noticed me staring at their menu in awe and she gave me a friendly greeting! I knew I had to eat here. I got the smoked turkey wrap with a wheat tortilla and all the veggies cause I’m a baller. It only came out to $ 7.85 and it was DEE-LICIOUS. The wrap was nice and fat and she packed that shit with vegetables, unlike their greedier counterpart, Subway. She asked me if I work around the area and I told her I just got a job across the street at Red Lobster and she said she hopes to see me again! As I exited the glorious sandwich making palace, she and the friendly gentleman working with her said ‘bye!’ and wished me a nice day. I’m so glad I work nearby now, totally coming there during my lunch breaks! Saigon Salads, you have yourself a regular: D

The people are great the food is fresh and made right on the spot! They are not shy with the veggies! You want more veggies you got it. I can’t recommend anytime because it’s all delicious. They just need to work on being on time with the hours of operations!

Friendly people. Inexpensive, easy food. You can buy a wrap, they will put in it, exactly what you like. The menu is small, but portions are large. For Waikiki, this is very good. Tonight I had smoked salmon wrap and a vegetarian vietnamese sandwich. Just a short walk from home. Good people, relaxing, clean and airy place.

I love that it is off the beaten path and something a bit different. We were drawn in by healthy-looking options and decent prices. What I wasn’t a big fan of was the lettuce-meat ratio in my wrap. I ordered the spicey Ahi wrap, extra spicy. When I first opened the wrapper, it was huge! But my disappointment came when after 3 bites I could barely find the fish. It was quite literally 80% lettuce. By the time I had dug through the one half in search of more, I was only successful at finding 4 small chuncks. I never ate the second half because it was just not that appetizing to anticipate eating a lettuce wrap. We also ordered 2 spring rolls that were… well…more lettuce. I left with a general opinion of «no flavor found here». Considering the other great reviews I would be willing to give it another try, maybe I just happened in on an off day.?

So I have to tell you, after being on the island and having those plate lunches with no veggies, my body was shaking a little. I have to say this place is a welcome change. The food here, is not 5 stars. However, the lady over the counter is super friendly, makes small talk like that of the old Hawaiian visits I used to get. We chatted and I believe I was the last customer here as they close early on Sunday around 8pm. I ordered a banh mi and a wrap. Food here is around $ 8 or so. Most of the meat here are already premade and they heat it up in the microwave. The tortillas you can choose from 4 different ones I believe from Normal to Wheat to Spinach(which I got and was good). All wrapped up and great for togo meal. Pseudo healthy alternative, it kind of feels like Subway but with their own twist as they have plenty of items on the menu for such a little place. This place is hard to find, you have walk upstairs from Ala Moana and go pass the Indian Restaurant I believe.

This little business is located on the mall level of Discovery Bay Shopping Center. All of their menu items are exactly the same as it has been in previous years except for a couple of new items, spicy poke salad and the spicy poke plate witch I really like to have. The phở is so good and still my favorite wraps has been and will be the spicy Ahi, shrimp and the teriyaki chicken.

Just popped in for lunch– I got the spicy ahi salad(great flavors & large size) & my SO got a bacon/avo/turkey wrap(also pretty large, he said it was great). I love when you can add exactly the toppings you want on a salad or wrap, and they were generous with theirs. We’ll definitely go back & try more; their menu is vast– almost too large to make sense for a small shop like that– so it will be interesting to see if the other items are as enjoyable as those of their namesake…
