Great customer service and they’re open every day! Unload into the bins by type of container (be sure to remove the caps) and stay to the left side when you line up. Haven’t had to wait more than 5 mins.
You will get less when it’s by weight, but time is money, and it’s worth a few cents to get out fast.

Awesome customer services. First time here and I didn’t know what the heck I was doing but they’re all friendly and very helpful. I think I’m gonna recycle more lol :)

Whenever you go in, make them count your items.
These guys are a bunch of crooks. I took in 80 bottles and cans. Should have been $ 4.00. They paid based on weight and paid me only $ 3.63.
When I told them they underpaid me they said they already dumped my stuff in the bins and they couldn’t count them.

I think I had the pleasure of dealing w/​this same jerk face at the Times Beretania recycle today. I am a petite haole lady & filled my cart like I have done for the last few years (I always put them back) & he waited till I got over there. screamed at me that I had a cart & no way he was gonna allow that! REALLY? Gee but I CAN park in Times’ lot? Get over yourself. I know he could care less that he has lost a customer FOREVER. but I will never return to TIMES again UNLESS they get rid of this LOOSER. No one should have to deal w/​that rudeness ever. I would of put no stars but does not allow that.
BTW Goodwill right down the street is drive thru & the 2 guys there today were so funny.
