You have to try the waffle dog! Yum. There breakfast is yummy too. My husband liked the BBQ burger and the sauce on it.

Ive been to this place twice and both of my experience here was so not a 5 star. I wouldn’t recommend the ice coffee at all its nasty and bitter. Second time was i did a walk in and sat down took at least 10 mins to take our order when there was only one table before us and didn’t get my water till i almost got my food. The workers here need to learn how to multitask.

Great place to come for breakfast & brunch! Everything on the menu is worth trying. Very chill. Workers are always friendly. Everyone is family here. Food is made with aloha just like from home. Gotta come here and try it out. No such thing as a favorite item cause I love everything.

Very close to my work. The inside is very clean and welcoming, with a nice menu poster outlining their breakfast items and local choices. I got the tuna salad on honey nut bread, which comes with Maui sweet onion potato chips. The sandwich is toasted, and has tomato, sprouts, and their sauce which is creamy and flavorful. We didn’t have to wait very long, even though we went to get our food at 12:30. I think we smell like fried things though– the air in there wasn’t too fresh. :/ Next time I want to try their waffle dog. #100in2015(#50!) Halfway done with this year’s new restaurant challenge!

Came at 930am on a holiday but they were open. When you’re driving down Pali hwy it will be on your right hand side after Safeway and People’s café on the corner. There’s metered parking in front and around the corner of the café. The breakfast special today was Waffle and fruits for 6.75 $. I really enjoyed the waffle, the batter they use to make them is a winner, it was tasty and crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. I enjoyed breakfast and a coffee relaxing on this holiday and Free Wifi in the café. The service was great and they were so nice. I’ll try to stop by again and try something different, gotta support these small places. Aloha

Love the décor and set up. Tables as well as bar stool seating, free wifi, easy listening music, friendly staff and very clean. Great place to grab a bite to eat and study or just hang out. I’ve only had their breakfast bento which tasted like a nice homemade meal. I need to try other menu items in the future.

This new place landed on Unilocal.I was reading about it. There were great reviews about the acai bowl. After work I wanted to go visit my grandma and she lives around the area. So I stopped by Pali café to try the acai bowl and waffle dog. It took quite a long time to make my acai bowl and waffle dogs. I waited for take out. When I got to my grandma’s house to eat the food. I was quite disappointed in what I saw and tasted. The waffle dogs with link sausage inside didn’t tasted good. It was really badly burnt. It was a simple waffle wrapped with sausage link inside. It cost me $ 6 for 2 small size waffle dog. The honey mustard for it was just meh. The acai bowl wasn’t anything special, around $ 9. It had a few cashew and chocolate chips for toppings. There were strawberries and blueberries and bananas. I thought the choco chips were something new and interesting but my teeth nearly cracked chewing it. Never again. I spent around $ 15 on 2 waffle dogs and an Acai bowl. It was expensive.

This review is only based on one breakfast I had here, but I really enjoyed everything about the place. I hope to try it for lunch sometime soon too! Located near Long’s and Safeway off the Pali and Vineyard, I didn’t notice this Café at first. On the corner of the building, the restaurant has a lot of natural light. The dining space is very cute and cozy; the cash register is on a little tiki bar next to high counter seating and plenty of other tables including a counter along the windows. They open late for a breakfast place– 7am, which is generally too late for me. All food and drinks are made fresh so be patient. Their iced tea was real and strong. I ordered the classic breakfast sandwich, and was impressed by how amazing something so simple could be. Toasted English muffin, freshly cooked eggs, Canadian bacon, and flavorful cheese made for a great morning combination. It melted in my mouth. It’s a family owned and run affair, so it’s worth your support. Great new little café!

Pali Café was incredible — let me start off by saying that the service was great, which is something I personally don’t consider when reviewing a restaurant(unless the service is horrible), but in this case I really liked everyone that served us. We started off with one pork link and one hot dog waffle, both of which were delicious and definite repeats. We also ordered a loco moco and the pulled pork sliders. The moco was delicious, with a rich gravy and well seasoned homemade patty. The sliders had perfectly prepared pork with coleslaw that didn’t over power the sweet bbq sauce. This is a must visit for breakfast or lunch, and hopefully they eventually have a brick seating available on Sundays.

Awesome little café right behind Longs dt. Came here on Saturday morning with the bf cause we were craving Acai bowls before our hike. We called it in to go a few minutes before we walked in but we still waited a little longer than I had hoped(but they just opened so its understandable). At only $ 7 for the massive bowl you are served its a great deal! For those who like a little sugar in the morning, they even sprinkle some chocolate chips on top! Although I wasn’t a huge fan of the granola cause of the peanuts and the cranberries I would definitely go back again. Maybe next time try a few other things on their menu priced very reasonably! If you are looking for a cute clean breakfast spot downtown go check out Pali Café!

What a convenient location! What great food! This place is close to fort st mall and safeway/longs pali. It’s very clean and Tammy, Taj, and Kim were very helpful. This is a family business… and they make you feel like family too! I was happy to learn that their lunch and breakfast menu was available all day… as I rarely eat breakfast food. I had the special of the day which was hamburger curry. It came with a nice size side salad which was a healthy surprise. The curry itself was very flavorful. It had hamburger, vegetables, and a tasty curry flavor. Mixed with the rice… it’s something I would definitely order again. I also had a pork link sausage waffle dog. Amazing! It was really yummy because they give you a small side of maple syrup to dip in! I would definitely go back here to try more food. The acai bowls are supposed to be good too!
