Lucky Brand Dungarees

A new favorite store of mine at ala moana. A must to check out. They seem to always have a sale going on when I stop by (the best is extra 40% off all sale items). I got a pair of flats that I have been eye-​spying for only $ 12!!! Major deal and super score. Classic clothing you will never grow tired of, the most comfortable line of flats, and cute accessories (I’m addicted to their scarves). The workers are always so friendly and helpful too. Love love love it here.

I like the quality of clothings they have there. Lucky Brand use to be located west wing of ala moana ctr. Now north wing of Nordstrom.
Store seem have to have down size by shop size and workers on the floor. I use to be greeted when entering the store, now barely see anyone at all and even a simple welcome.
4 stars for quality of clothing they have, 1 less star because of a simple «welcome» greeting.

Great merchandise. I always find the best jeans here and usually the staff is super helpful but today no one helped me find what I was looking for. Unfortunately the only thing I left with was a bad attitude. :(

This is one of the very, very few places I shop at when in a mall setting or rather, shopping mood. This store is basically a jeans retail shop but I go for their jewelry/​accessories. I love the products — necklaces, EARRINGS, BRACELETS and rings. If you haven’t guessed. yes I love earrings and necklaces! Their stock is ever changing and you will find that they will often have a sale whenever they have new product out.
Also, you will find the cutest blouses and shirts (women). Unlike the trendy clothing lines seen in all the mall storefronts, Lucky Brand showcases classic bohemian, anthropologie-​like shirts. I’m not a fan of jeans… but if you are — they’ve got tons of that here as well. They also carry a mens line which i LOVE! I wish I had the funds to dress my life size Ken doll like the Lucky male models! I love their men’s clothes here. If I was a man, I’d probably be shopping here for my clothes.
The storefront is appealing and unlike the experience from other Unilocalers, I was always greeted warmly and enthusiastically. In fact, the last time i was there (last week) the salesperson remembered my daughters who were there previously shopping for me.
yes…i’m a fan and i will brave town traffic and mall parking (mind you, I am directionally challenged and no matter how many times I have come to this particular store — I still have to refer to the mall directory) to get to this store — especially if there is a sale.

I always go in to find out if I’ll be lucky or not to find something I like. Lots of cute stuff, but the customer service is lacking. Everytime I’ve been there, the sales staff are either too busy to acknowledge you, or go overboard and push you into trying stuff you don’t want.
On a couple of occasions I have come out with a good shopping experience; however, it’s a gamble, and perhaps it’s that «luck» of the draw that pulls me back everytime.

I love this store, there’s no shortage of clothes that I’d love to buy. Lots of cute tops and blouses etc. I’ve been here twice but both times I was focused on jean shopping specifically.
I walked in the first time and when I told the woman working there I was in search of jeans she gave me a once over and guessed my size and we started going through lots of different pairs. Second time it was a different woman but a similar deal. For the most part the jeans are great and fit well but nothing I fell in Love with. I appreciated the help and effort though.
My only issue is the pushing of more product. Both times I’ve been here I walk in with a T-​shirt and shorts on. When I’m trying on the jeans, I don’t want to be handed shirts as well, if I wanted to try on a different shirt I’d grab/​ask for it. The subtle pitch is unnecessary and mildly annoying. The jeans are already $ 100+, I get this is the equivalent of asking if I want to «supersize it» and people may go for it but no thanks. The ladies were nice and not actually pushy at all, maybe it’s just something they are trained to do and maybe I’m too uptight since I don’t like to deviate from my set shopping plans.
Anyways, a good experience, I will definitely go back when I’m in the market for tops.

I admit, I went into this store because of its name. LUCKY brand. Really? LUCKY? I wanna be LUCKY! LoL.
I tried on some jeans and found a style I totally fell in love with. It’s always so hard to find jeans that fit… so when it does… I buy. And this time, I bought TWO! One light and one dark colored.
I like the shirts too, but haven’t bought one… yet…
