7 For All Mankind

My mom seems to like the jeans here, and I think the jeans are the only things worth buying if you choose to walk in the store. I don’t think their tops stand out or are anything special for the brand. The store is simple and clean.
When I went into the store on a Saturday there were probably 5 other Japanese tourists looking at the jeans. While they were in the fitting room a male worker had to refold the jeans and was questioning to himself what did they do to the shelf/​jeans. I get that he was probably joking, but I’ve never heard a worker say that before.

Love 7 for all mankind jeans because they offer size 23. I’ve never had anything bad to say about this store till my last visit. There was absolutely no customer service by the two workers working this past Sunday in the morning. Nobody acknowledged or asked us if we needed help. The two sales associate, a girl and a guy in their mid-​twenties were just talking to each other behind the cashier doing nothing. When I walked up to them because nobody asked me if I needed help, the two looked at each and the guy pointed at the girl. The girl walked me over to the dressing room and threw the jeans onto the stool. By this point, I already knew that I wasn’t going to buy anything from this girl. Seriously, please quit your job if you just want to talk to your co-​worker or do nothing. Your job as a sales associate is to serve customers, not to talk behind the freaking counter!!!

Shopping for a new pair of jeans can prove to be quite a daunting task. Many women know this, because it’s hard to find that one pair of jeans that fits juuuust right. Although some believe that spending $ 200+ on a single pair is excessive, I seem to think otherwise. They are a worthy investment. I am a minimalist when it comes to clothes, and my motto has always been: «Quality not quantity». That being said, 7FAM is a great brand to start with in the denim department. They aren’t too ostentacious (True Religion), and the fit is amazing!
The staff at the Ala Moana store are so friendly and knowledgeable about denim in general, and their advice for care/​storage can definitely come in handy if you want to maximize your «investment».

I am obsessed with 7’s, so it is highly dangerous for me to walk into this store, but if I don’t get good customer service, I’ll go by my 7’s elsewhere. I walked into the store and it wasn’t super busy at the time and that is where I met Jacob. He was super knowledgeable and helpful for me to find several pieces that I never thought I would ever try on or get. I’ve yet to find the perfect pair of boyfriend jeans and he helped me find the perfect size and let me know if they were going to stretch or what top would look good and so forth.
In addition, he checked on me often to ensure I had the right sizes, colors and styles. Nothing better than someone else who shares the same passion in jeans!
Go see Jacob. Nuff said!
