It’s a good coffee shop, especially for being in a hotel. And I’m so glad they have the almond milk option! Service was friendly and fast, clean, good selection of food items. The coffee is a step up from Peet’s imho, not quite top tier but still very good.

Its location is not so easy to find because it is in a hotel. Aroma Amore tastes good. Actually it is raspberry white chocolate mocha. I Love it. Next time I want to try its Acai bowl.

Cute little café at the Ilikai hotel, very close to Cinnamons restaurant. They have an array of coffees and teas, quick bites, as well as a few gift shop type items. The baristas are very sweet and willing to assist with drink choices and are very speedy when making drinks. You can get everything from caramel macchiatos to a black iced tea with strawberry syrup. One of the more unique drinks is a chocolate banana mocha, which some of my friends enjoy. If you are staying over at the hotel or are in the area and need a quick pick me up or morning brew, I highly recommend trying out this little café.

Conveniently Aroma Caffé was located on the lobby floor of our hotel. I needed a pick me upper so I decided to order an Americano with macadamia nut/coconut syrup and added half & half. The combination was pretty delicious together. Strong Italian coffee & good service.

Solid coffee — so far the best I had in Honolulu. No place to sit inside, so it’s grab and go. With two pastries and latte and Americano, the price was $ 19. Expensive by any other standard but cheaper than at hotels and restaurants in this tourist area.

I absolutely adore this place, if your Barista is Emilio, he is outstanding and very dedicated to his craft. Jamie, worldly and awesome works at the Davie’s pacific location. John W. Super sweet and funny. Jonathan who is totally great and Yani who is so very welcoming. If I left my heart at any coffee shop it would probably be this one. The people and environment it is just a pleasure. I really appreciate their blend of coffee, it is unique and not a straight pop up on top with a promise of a caffeine crash. The coffee is mellow and roasted to Italian perfection. Make your way here if you want a really authentic and beautifully crafted drink. Not to mention the Italian soda and Cremosa selection is really a bar setter, they carry over 20 different flavors. I promise you won’t be let down. Say hi to the beautiful staff and check out the whole place. BTW they package your coffee so if you want to take some REAL coffee home ;) this is a must. They also retail 100% Kona and Kona blend if you’re really looking for some Hawaiian souvenirs to bring home. But definitely, definitely taste their crafts. Thanks for reading, Sean Kainoa

I popped in here by accident, waiting for cinnamons(didn’t know there was one in town!). I wasn’t really sure what I wanted, but the drive from Waianae begged me for some caffeine. The guy behind the bar could tell I was indecisive, and asked if I wanted to be surprised. Sure, why not. They made me a coconut mocha that was SOBOMB. I usually am skeptical of hotel cafes, but this isn’t your typical«brews Starbucks» place. The barista even took the time to make some adorable foam art– which gets me every time. They made sure to let me know that if I didn’t like the surprise, they’d make me something new. The two guys behind the counter were cracking jokes and dancing while they rang me up and made my drink. Totally started my morning off right.

I stopped in while waiting an hour and a half for Cinnamon’s in the windy, pouring rain. A nice hot caramel macchiato sounded great! I always go into coffee spots with low expectations the first time just so I’m not disappointed. I was pleasantly surprised that it was fabulous! It definitely hit the spot. This might be the best caramel macchiato I’ve had in a very long time.

Excellent service, excellent coffee, perfect location… Definitely one of the best coffee shops in Honolulu. That chain hit a home run with the concept. Even down to how the sandwiches are made

This café is in the middle of the Ilikai Hotel garden area. To access the free Wi-Fi, the hotel will give you a card with a password, but it says to use the second option to login. This is incorrect. You’re supposed to use the first option to get the 24 hours of free access to the Wi-Fi. I was just looking for a quiet place to work and have a nice cuppa coffee. The coffee is fine, and the environment is very nice, if a little busy. The staff are friendly, too. It should fit the bill for anyone who is looking for a few hours of time to focus or relax on their own.

Coffee is AMAZING! It’s really difficult to find a decent cup of coffee here in Hawaii… however…the coffee at Aroma is fantastic! They also have great food items… had some treats with my coffee and loved everything. I go there a few times during the week and on the weekends to get my coffee fix! Fantastic coffee… great food… super service.

ALOHA! I have been local to the islands for about eight years now and I stumbled across this coffee gem just recently! So glad I did! I do not like Starbucks and I was pleasantly surprised when I tried Aroma caffe. I need at least two cups a day. I have two children and I am also a fitness instructor so after a great workout, kid free this is the place to go! The taste is delicious! I also love their sandwiches and their team of employees were so helpful and friendly. Thanks guys! :-)

Stumbled into this place one morning and I’m so glad we did. Our coffee was excellent and the barista, James, was really friendly. Anytime I’m in the area I will definitely stop here again and if you’re staying at the Ilikai this is an obvious way to start your day.

What an excellent café, a friendly team and great sandwiches. I love the fact that they offer pellegrino sodas. They have a true italian flair about them. I’m pretty fussy over my coffee and really don’t visit many coffee establishments so that these guys really care about what they do and make some great coffee(I’m a cappuccino drinker, whatever that says). Thanks guys! Keep it up!

Coffee is the most important meal of my day and the most important question of the morning after my coworkers and I have had our first cup of coffee is when is somebody going for the next coffee run? My office doesn’t have a Starbucks nearby and the closest is in Hilton hawaiian village, which has the longest lines ever on the planet, so our go to is Aroma Caffe. There is hardly ever a wait, they work fast and if you work in the area like we do, you get 10% off! Score! Because we go by go so often sometimes we get freebies like red velvet cupcakes, yum! Staff is so wonderful and friendly and will also let you sit on their Vespa(it doesn’t work) while you wait. Love the shots of flavors that you can add and that they offer steamed soymilk! They don’t however, have any kona coffee here, as they are very dedicated to the Italian roast. So if you work in the area and are wondering how you’re going to get through that boring meeting you have coming up I suggest you pop on over to aroma Café for an Italian roasted coffee maybe with a shot of espresso and a snack… that’s how I stay awake in my meetings.
