Drift Surf

Worst customer service experience of my life. I walked into the small store front which at first made me quite happy that no one was in the store. However when I stepped foot through the door, the sales clerk never once greeted me and never once checked to see if I needed any help. I went in with full intention of purchasing a new swim suit and a new single fin as I found out they were a vendor of both brands I was looking for. So I took a spin around the store anyway and found a fin, I took it off the shelf looked at it for a while and still was not acknowledged even after engaging with a number of different products in the store. I finally decided that if the sales person didn’t want to give me the time of day, that this establishment did not deserve my money. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here on a Thursday afternoon around 3:15pm. It seems as though the other reviews reflected great customer service. I unfortunately did not experience this… I would only give this establishment one star for their assortment of decent product.

I like it here. It’s off the cuff and not overly crowded like if you’re in Ala Moana. You can always find great surf attire, accessories and boards at reasonable prices here. The staff is all very friendly so you should take a walk off the beaten path some time, get some shave ice at Ailana and stop by Drift Surf!

Nice space, friendly staff, great selection of fins and boards. More focused on shortboarding than longboarding, but they do have a few longboards as well.

What a great surf store with excellent customer service! If you need a new surfboards or surf accessories, you gotta go to Drift Surf! The staff are really friendly and helpful with whatever you need to get!
