Phiten

I am surprised at all of the positive reviews on this store. The 2 star rating is for the customer service and not the product itself. I recently went to the Phiten store with the mindset that I was going to buy a Father’s Day gift for my husband and my dad. I knew that I could get the Phiten products at other locations but I thought it would be best to go to the actual store so I could learn more about the product. I was wrong about that. Not to say that sales person was not friendly, but he told me nothing about the benefits of the product. I mentioned that my husband has upper back and shoulder pain and asked what would be good for that. He offered to put a piece of Phiten athletic tape on the area, but that was it. We walked around for another 10 minutes staring at the walls of bracelets, necklaces, dog leashes etc but no additional questions were asked and no additional information on the product was offered. No salesmanship. It was discouraging since I was set on buying something. I ended up walking out empty handed and decided to just research it myself on line.

We didn’t know where to park so we found street parking and paid the meter. Boooo! But anyway, the workers there were super nice and friendly. They were knowledgeable about the products. They even put some Phiten tape on my gf so she could see how it was and gave her some samples to take home. We ended up buying phiten necklaces. Kinda pricey…$ 32 for one. YIKES!!! But they did give us a free sample of the phiten massage lotion.
All in all, a very good product. I wear mine all the time.

I love PHITEN… Great workers, great products and most of all I love there Hawaii Exclusive Phiten Products. Only able to get in Hawaii. Overall there just the best.

Came here to look for some bands and braces for my mom. She has arthritis and I wanted to try out the Phiten products to see if they would help her. When you enter the store, it is apparent you will need help and guidance. The sales staff are really nice and helpful, not to mention patient. Me, with a hundred and one questions probably was a challenge for the rep! Alas, I made my choices and hopefully they will benefit my mom. The store is really neat and clean, and as I mentioned before, the staff is very helpful. Check them out, I’m glad I did!

Now I am not about to review their products that they sell since the effectiveness of their products is debate-​able. I am leaving that up to your good judgment, I am however going to review this particular location of their chain.
I recently visited the Kapiolani store of Phi-​Ten to pick up a present and found the shopping experience to be a a very wonderful experience. The sales staff are a joy and know their products extremely well. I just knew a few details of what my friend wanted and they were able to figure out exactly what he wanted. I’m not even joking. I knew he wanted a black necklace and didn’t like silicone. They have about 500 different options (that might be a bit of an exaggeration) and were able to help me figure it out.
The store is well laid out and spacious. However, the sales staff are quick to help you and make the shopping experience a breeze. If you need a phi-​ten product, go to the Kapiolani store as their selection is expansive, prices competitive, and the staff a joy.

All I have to say is that Phiten products are the bomb. I first got introduced to Phiten products by a former supervisor/​boss of mine. He had a Phiten bracelet on. This is when Phiten was still underground and not as known as it is today. Prior to having the Phiten bracelet, he had some minor tension and discomfort in his wrist. Once he had the bracelet on, all his aches and soreness on his wrist had decreased. I was skeptical at first just like all people but the products sounded interesting so I gave it a try. So I bought a necklace for myself and later on a bracelet. After a while of constantly wearing it, I could feel more results. No it was not psychological but physical. I sensed having an increased sense of circulation in me.
Going to the store is pretty cool. It is conveniently located by Ala Moana and Walmart/​Walgreen/​KFC. The workers are always helpful. I signed up for their mailing list. They give you a free Phiten gift on your birthday which is awesome. They have all sorts of Phiten products from necklaces, bracelets, water, lotion, underwear, clothing, socks, stickers, and many more. It is very interesting to see that all of the wearable products produce the same effect with the processed Titanium. It is also interesting to learn more about the relationship of the Phiten product (s) to the circulation of titanium flowing in your body.

The Phi-​Ten store is located on the corner of Kapiolani Blvd and Keeaumoku near KFC.
I went to Sports Authority and a few other retailers looking for specific sizes and everyone was out. The Phiten store is your best bet because they sell all the sizes and all of the products and even have products with the UH or Hawaii logo. They also have samples of the bracelet and necklace that are marked with the size so you can figure out what size works for you.
One of the necklaces I bought came in a size 18 or 22 and I needed a 20. They do adjustments right in the store but only for certain products. Took about 10 – 15 minutes for the adjustment.
I’m giving these products a try for a few months and if they really do work for me, I’ll be heading back to this store for all my Phiten supplies!

Phiten products are always on the pricey side but I think they work to a certain extent. I have a lot of merchandise that I’ve gotten from baseball: 4 necklaces, two sleeves, tape, a wristband and the lotion. I usually put the sleeves on the day after I throw, just to keep my arm warm. I usually put the tape on my lower back when it starts getting sore and I apply the lotion to my throwing shoulder and elbow. As far as the necklaces, I can see how some people think they work but I don’t really wear them because I don’t like the feeling of necklaces in general.

I noticed alot of baseball players wearing these necklaces and bracelets watching baseball on TV. Investigating the situation I found out that these are titanium embedded materials that you wear on your neck or your wrist which increases blood flow. Hmmm… sound fishy. Lots of baseball players are using them, two notable ones Tim Lincecum and Randy Johnson. Other major players such as Josh Beckett, A-​rod the list goes on.
I purchased two of the bracelets ($ 15.00 each) one for me and the girlfriend. Sometimes after banging on the keyboard all day and working out my right wrist feels tingly… start of carpal tunnel, maybe. I figured I would check it out and see.
The store was nicely laid out with the different products. Look up «Rakuwa Neck» for more information. I was going to give it five stars but I’m still awaiting results.
