Creative and impeccable service! We just got engaged and we were looking for a place to have our engagement party invites done. We kept changing our dates but the lady we worked with was so patient. She listened to our preferences and worked with us even though sometimes we didn’t really know what we wanted. We are so pleased with what we got. It was even more romantic than what we could have ever imagined doing ourselves. Thanks Bradley n Lily!!!

EPICDISASTER! I’D SOONERASKMY5YEAROLDNIECETODESIGNANINVITATIONTHANTOUSETHEMAGAIN! We went to B&L because we wanted to support local business, their website looked legitimate, we wanted to work with people that had a lot of experience and most of all because we wanted our invitations to be special. We heard countless stories from our friends and family who told us of the horror stories surrounding wedding invitations. In order to avoid all that drama and to create a custom made special design, we went to B&L. Sadly, that decision resulted in a season of AMERICANHORRORSTORY: WEDDING! I don’t mind paying a high price for quality if the service is going to match, but the service they provided was severely lacking! From Day 1 we had to track them down — they never responded to our e-mails or calls and we were always left wondering when we’d hear back from them.(This is very stressful when you have deadlines to meet. Moreover, it turns something that is supposed to be fun into something very stressful!) We agreed to pay over $ 2000. for our Save the Dates and Wedding Invitations and for that price we expected B&L to live up to their reputation of being experienced wedding invitation designers — guiding us through the process and making it a fun one. Let me explain the epic failures that ensued… They told us, «Yes, we can certainly do custom wax seals» and they showed us the tools how to do it in their shop(which itself was a disorganized trash pile). Then what they made were self-adhesive stickers that looked like cheap plastic you could order on-line for .99 cents. They told us, «We’ll custom make a logo for your wedding invitations and then e-mail it to you so you can make your own customized stamps for the envelopes». After months of waiting and multiple ignored requests, they still have yet to send us the logo and the invitations were sent with normal stamps as a result. They told us «Sure, we should be able to make your deadline of August 1st.» On August 20th we were e-mailing and calling them with no response. We picked up the invitations and they told us «You should proof read these because there probably will be some mistakes.» No — for that money guys, YOUSHOULDDOTHEPROOFREADING. After we did the proofreading we found that almost 20% of the envelopes had obvious misprints — extra characters, upside down question marks, extra lines of address, misspelled city names. Had they even looked at them once they would have noticed these obvious mistakes! I’d be embarrassed if I gave a customer the final product they did — yet they were quick to take the payment. On the invitations themselves… * They added an extra punctuation mark in my name and as a result ALL of the invitations needed to be re-printed, resulting in further delay. This was the day after I specifically wrote them an e-mail explaining exactly how I wanted my name to be printed in quotations. * They printed the reply cards but failed to put anywhere on them: ___Will accept or ___Will decline. They told us they were experienced at this and that they would help us design an invite. Don’t you think that this is an obvious part of the reply card that they might have caught and told us about??? Now guests have to physically write somewhere on the card«We can’t attend». * They printed two different RSVP dates — one on the invite and one on the reply card. Our guests were confused. When were they supposed to reply by? * The«custom made logo» which took weeks to design looked far less than par. A kindergartner could have drawn a better picture, and it was so faded you could barely make it out. WORSTOFALL: We attempted to contact them about this — typing them a letter explaining the mistakes and asking them to kindly contact us asap to discuss them and subsequently offer a solution prior to writing a Unilocal review. This was weeks ago and we STILL haven’t heard a thing. It seems the only way to get their attention will be to dispute the charges with our credit card! In summary — very nice people who delivered an extremely poor service to us. It’s unfortunate because when you are trying to plan the most special day of your life, you want to work with people that help take your stress away. Instead, they made this experience ANABSOLUTENIGHTMARE! They far exceeded every horror story our friends told us about their wedding invitation process. If you want someone to create an invitation for you which is special, unique and done in a timely manner — GOSOMEWHEREELSE. Don’t be fooled by the web designer who made their beautiful website because sadly, you won’t find quality or customer service here!!!

Let me start by saying that Bradley & Lily Stationery ROCKS! They did my wedding invitations and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Stacey and Ian were great to work with and were so helpful in planning the design of my invites. B&L has an amazing portfolio of work(you can preview it on their website but seeing it in person is even better!) The invitations were elegant and simple enough but still portrayed the semi-formal beach theme I was going for. My invites were done in letterpress(amazing) but the other pieces(map, rsvp card) were just printed regularly. The set turned out great! Stacey also gave me the name of a great calligrapher who did the addresses on the outer envelopes for me.(Message me if you want her info!) I received so many compliments from guests and I would recommend Bradley & Lily to everyone for weddings or birthday parties or anything else you need beautiful stationery for.
