Two stars for location one star for customer service and professionalism and one star instead of the remaining 2 for a total of 5 because their paying price for gold per pound was less than down the street was.
Down the street was paying cash and paying 25 bucks more.
AAA gold exchange was only giving American savings bank checks that had to be cashed at that bank which was also an Inconvenience.
Lower gold pay out rates than neighbors were
And check opposed to cash were the only reasonings for lacking a star.

–3 Stars for the price of my jewelry: I brought in about 8 or 9 pieces of jewelry all with diamonds in them, one which was a brand new Niel Lane wedding band (1 carat) and total she was able to offer me under 300 dollars… I understand that they pay you for the gold but the website had stated they that they buy diamonds as well but she was only able to give me 5 percent more for them.
Maybe only loose diamonds? (which would be anyway, considering they would have to take the diamonds out before melting right?)
DEFINITELY had to go else where :(

I went in with a few pieces of 14kt gold rings from QVC, some old bracelets, gold post style earrings and other pieces I didn’t think were worth much. Boy was I wrong! I left with a check larger than I expected! I am definitely recommending all my friends to check this place out! Thanks AAA Gold Exchange!
