Update: this takes the cake… I ordered coffee-​nothing else– and was told it would take 4 – 5 minutes to brew. No line — it wasn’t busy … No coffee at Dunkin Donuts. What’s next I wonder…

Staff is great and always smiling when I arrive. Met the District Manager today and she was friendly and genuine. The store is clean and staff was staying busy while I stayed over an hour talking to friends.

A donut shop with no donuts!!! This place is a complete joke. I was so excited when it first came in as I prefer Duncan over Krispy Kreme. Well I’m pretty sure they’ve lost my business for good. On multiple visits they haven’t had things we’ve wanted whether it be donuts, bagels, bacon, sausage, eggs. But today they had no donuts… NO DONUTS! The staff here are completely apathetic and unapologetic on every visit. And to top it off the location is horrible to get in and out of. This place is such a huge disappointment and might as well close its doors as I can’t imagine it staying in business for long.

First time to this Dunkin’ Donuts and to a Dunkin’ Donuts in general in quite a while. Decided to have full breakfast, coffee, pick up some donuts to take home. The place had no eggs, making all of their breakfast sandwiches with vegetable eggs or no eggs at all. Not a good first impression. Ordered nothing and left. We will not be back.
