Dunkin Donuts Baskin Robbins

I stopped by this location this morning to order breakfast. I ordered a blueberry croissant doughnut (based on the picture on the menu board), along with a ham/​egg/​cheese english muffin and a MD Caramel/​Vanilla Iced Coffee. While the service was fast, there was no line due to the earliness, the food quality is extremely lacking.
Blueberry Croissant doughnut — It was pictured as a flaky, layered doughnut with ooey/​gooey blueberry filling inside between layers. There was no blueberry filling to be found anywhere in the doughnut croissant that I received. None. Zip. I looked.
Ham/​Egg/​Cheese Muffin — Bland taste at best for the ham/​egg/​cheese part, the worst part was the english muffin itself. The muffin was not toasted at all and the bread of the muffin was stale. You could taste the staleness of the muffin. NOT Good.
Ice Coffee drink — Too much liquid sugar, not enough creamer. I’m not sure who mixed this thing up but I ended up tossing the bulk of it — more than ¾’ths — into the trash can. It was like someone filled it with ice — a little coffee and creamer and then loaded the rest with the liquid sugar bottle. I have made my own iced coffee from DD before at the gas stations and never experienced the complete sugar shock that happened when I took a sip of this drink. Totally undrinkable and I couldn’t even rescue it by cutting it in half. YUCK!
Not impressed and I won’t be trusting DD at this location any time soon to make my breakfast for me anymore.

Recently, in the last month I have noticed a huge improvement with service. They are quicker and get the orders right in the drive thru. Thank you!

Unfortunately, horrible service.

Worst Ever! The ice cream containers are sitting in the freezer empty. The staff is very young and not trained. They NEVER have waffle cones or sprinkles and just stare at you with a blank look. I bought 2 prepacked quarts and had to ask for a bag. I hate that this is the only Baskin Robbins around

This dunkin donuts has constantly been having problems for the past year or so. The workers are unfriendly, the registers and speakers are always having issues, and the quality/​consistency of the coffee is very poor.

This location is absolutely awful! They never have a good supply of ice cream nor do they ever have the right size cups to go in. The service is terrible. They are always standing around talking to each other regardless if anyone is waiting to be served or not. They stuffed «two» scoops of ice cream in a kiddie cup because they (for the second time this month) have no cups.

Inconsistent service. I can order the same beverage and it will taste different every time I go. Tables are frequently dirty and I have stood at the counter for several minutes without being spoken to on several occasions.
Today the regular coffee tasted a little stale. Should have asked for a fresh cup but did not. When I went to take my last sip I was surprised with a mouthful of grounds. The girl behind the counter apologized for the «inconvenience» and offered me another cup. Nice, but I had kind of lost my appetite for coffee.
If you’re a fan of DD I suggest going to the new one in Holly Springs instead.

Consistently awful service and no one in charge. Six people were walking around while we waited ten minutes although we were the only ones in line. The machine used to make frozen coffee has been broken for two months. After three bad experiences, I will not return.

This location is really a hit or miss, but most of the time it’s a miss. The coffee sometimes tastes a little off, and even when I ask them to remake it it still tastes weird the second time around. Nearly every time I go there their donut selection is terrible and they’re almost always out of the most basic kinds like regular glazed and chocolate frosted, and when I ask how long it’ll be until a new batch is done they give a ridiculous time frame like around an hour to an hour and a half. Some of the associates have been not so friendly in the past, but that hasn’t been an issue lately. I used to love and look forward to my Dunkin Donuts visits, but with my experiences at this location I’ve found myself preferring to go elsewhere even though it means paying more for my coffee and pastries.

The only reason we come here is because its the only DD on the way to church and we go every Saturday before church. They cant get a simple order right at the speaker, then they make you pull up when there is no one behind you and there is no one inside! WTF!

I love DD and this is one of the better stores in the triangle. I have to take a star off because the coffee has an odd taste on occasion. Otherwise this is a great place for coffee.
