Wow, I wasn’t expecting to write a review today but after my order was wrong from this Dunkin Donuts I decided to google this place and see if there were any issues. I was totally shocked that there were so many 1 star reviews. I pass this store many times and was so happy when it was being built. How can you mistake lemon donuts for bavarian cream, and they never have boston cream. Not friendly and the donuts are not fresh. Will drive the extra couple of miles to the Fuquay location if I’m craving donuts. Anything else, it’s Bagels Plus, best place near my house. Very sad, can’t see this establishment lasting long here.

Weakened by not wanting to drive further and tried it again. Moved from north expecting normal service but this crew is terrible! Wanted to speak to manager to complain but they said they had no manager. No apologies for delays or concerns for customers. In NY you are in and out in 5 minutes with great customer service. This location is a blight on a beautiful town!

Awful location. Always out of things. I repeated my order of two plain glazed donuts (after they were out of what I originally wanted) to the girl about 6 times and still got the wrong thing. I’ve given this place a few chances now, but will be going to Thanks a Latte or Bagels Plus from now on! Those places actually appreciate your business.

Always a bad experience. The low health score scares me and when you look behind the counter you can see why it is so low. My last experience there they forgot to give me my bagel in the drive thru, got home it had the wrong cream cheese and a hair on it. What’s funny is… I made sure to speak extra clear about my cream cheese flavor bc of their history of getting it wrong… shame on me for expecting more.

Look I am FROM Massachusetts. Born and raised. My home town had a total of 1800 people in it and we had 4!!! Dunkins in town. I know this is a chain and so it’s probably pointless to write about it but this is literally the WORST dunks I have ever been to.
The staff are NOT nice, EVER.
Every time I go there I try to order and plain bagel with cream cheese (like the easiest order you could get) and almost every time they are out of it. A PLAIN bagel people. One time I tried ordering a wake-​up wrap and order of hash-​browns and before I could even order the hash-​browns they were asking me to move forward (very rude).
Unfortunately this place is on my way to work and my MA habits need to be fulfilled with a «Hot Reg and Bagel». Just hoping that someone out there cares enough to read this and hear my prayer or else I start going to Starbucks (UGH!)

Worst donut shop I’ve ever been to. Always out of donuts each time I’ve stopped by. Also, they always mess up my order no matter what in the drive thru. The owner and management should really reconsider their business game plan because in my book they are failing miserably.

Careful with this place they sell expired stuff. Bought milk for my child and was expired. When you ask for a call back they don’t call. Also check your order before leaving they always get it wrong

If I could give them 0 stars I would… Horrible Service and didn’t even have any more bagels at 10 in the morning which they didn’t tell me until after I had paid and waited for my food. Went with a friend and they got her order wrong. On a separate occasion I went and got a horrible «coffee drink.» Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. McDonalds has better coffee and service.

So slow. Took 10 minutes after I placed my order to tell me that they were out of croissants. And bagels. Employees are nice enough but slow. And confused. 3rd and last visit. I don’t think this location will ever get it together.

I am very disappointed in the location. I was very excited to finally have a dunkin donuts close to my house but everytime I have come here they either don’t have what I order or give me the completely wrong thing. There is one very awesome women who works here but other then that, the staff is rude and get aggravated when you try to ask for the correct things that you order. I’d rather drive the extra distance to fuquay then come here.

This is a poor representation of Dunkin Donuts in Holly Springs. We were excited to see the location open but unfortunately, service and quality of food is very poor. Then when you try to call the store, the number isn’t allowing calls. Get it together or hire a new staff and start over. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

There is no consistency at the drive-​thru. No two drinks are ever the same. When you go inside, there is never more then one person at the register, while there are 4 or 5 working the drive-​thru. There is a very short woman, who I am assuming is the manager. She is awful. She greets you as you walk in and it just feels phony. I have heard her yelling at and belittling the employees more then a few times. Together with the fact that it’s location is far less then ideal, I think it’s doomed. Luckily though, Starbucks is just 2 miles away.
