1. My nail polish chipped the second day. 2. The utensils they were using were dirty from the previous customer. 3. The woman who did my manicure was rude and lazy. To sum it up, I throw away the membership card and discount coupons. I rather pay more then to get a free nail infection, a fake smile and cheap work

STAYAWAY. All the good reviews are fake. This place does horrible job. I got toe infection from getting Pedi here. Horrible but manager never apologizes no matter what. SERIOUSLY. Message to manicurist-«Stop talking /looking at Manicurist’s face next you INSTEAD, look carefully at toe nails when you cut them. You are supposed to cut nails having your eyeballs on those nails» and CLEANYOURTOOLS” Health inspection should be done here.

There’s a few things to be said about Bloom Spa. First off and most importantly, — whether nails or eyebrows — it’s affordable and a job well done! My only complaint is that the staff don’t seem happy there & it sometimes feels rushed. I like that it’s centrally located in Hoboken & has lots of shopping nearby. I’m sure I’ll be back!

I have been a long time customer/member of Bloom. I went in this past Saturday for the mani & pedi combo and was very disappointed. They were very rushed in the service and were not properly cleaning the tools. My manicurist was going to use tools that were not properly sanitized between uses and was going to just rinse out the foot tub(no soap or wiping down). She also was going to use a nail file that she had clearly been using all day or even a couple of days. I understand that you are busy but health and safety shouldn’t have to suffer. I will most likely be going elsewhere for my next mani & pedi. Also, my manicure started to chip in under 24 hours.

So far so good! I got a gel manicure and they are looking good! They cut my nails to how I exactly wanted them… They helped me pick out a good color… And they were so meticulous on painting my nails. They did not rush me, and the quality of work showed. They also have a membership(no fee; it’s free!) and when you garner a specific amount of points, you get a discount. You can’t turn down a deal like that now, can you?

For $ 25 weekday special I thought the salon did a good job. Great job on my pedicure and agree with another review that they give extra care on pedicure where other salons might upcharge. Manicure was decent. I’d say overall 31⁄2. Tools could be a bit cleaner. I am happy though and would return!

Enjoyed the atmosphere and the price is average for a Hoboken salon. However, I got a gel manicure and I’ve already had to go back twice to get nails fixed as two nails chipped less than a week later.

I was visiting with my sister from Texas and a friend who lives here recommended this place for a mani/pedi. Walked in without an appointment on a a fairly busy weekday afternoon and we were immediately seated in our spa chairs for our pedicures. The chairs were fairly comfortable, however they made a loud vibratory sound during the massage cycle and so I turned mine off after only 5 minutes. The lady who did my pedicure was very thorough and gentle and the massage with warm stones on my calves and feet was a nice extra touch– most places only include this on their«deluxe» or «spa» pedicure. My pedicure itself was very good and the nails were painted cleanly. My sister’s experience with the pedicure was also excellent. She had a gel manicure and they were careful when removing the old gel from her nails from the previous manicure. My manicure also was done well, though I would have liked a little more massage time on my shoulders, but for $ 35(regular mani/pedi was $ 30 + $ 5 extra for Vinylux) it is a great deal and when I visit again I will be back! Oh and I almost forgot they gave both my sister and I a small sample lotion as a «gift» for the holidays– very nice!

I stopped in to Bloom again this past Saturday for a mani/pedi. I just love how friendly everyone is there. It was very busy but I was seen right away. My manicurist took her time and did a great job so I didn’t feel rushed at all. When the desk had another person paying in front of me, my manicurist came over and rang me up to speed things along. I always appreciate businesses that value your time and notice ways to keep the flow of customers moving! They also just started using paraffin wax during pedicures(included in the standard/basic price) which felt so so good on a chilly Nov. afternoon! Check them out for sure!

Nice and convenient hair and nail spa in the heart of Hoboken. The staff was very nice and location clean. They have $ 25 mani/pedi special during the week. Definitely check into the weekday specials. I came by for a quick manicure during a business trip and Angelica was great. So professional and did a great job. She was really sweet and I definitely thought it was worth $ 10(plus tip). To find a place that is clean and reasonably priced is rare in Hoboken but I’m glad to have found this gem.

I had such a great experience here. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and tended to. I got a regular pedicure and a gel manicure with a small design on the ring finger. A week and a half later both look amazing.(I chipped one toe on my own) Everything was incredibly clean coming out of sealed cleaning packages. I also saw them scrubbing the pedicure bath which I usually don’t see at other places on Washington street. The foot massage and the back massage after the manicure both were great. The hot stones were also a plus! I also love that they have a VIP card. For every dollar you spend you get 1 point. And when you reach a certain amount of points you get a service free. I love places that reward you for being loyal to their business! Did I mention how friendly everyone was? Go there, you won’t regret it. Pedicure+Gel manicure = $ 50

Always clean. Professional and super sweet staff. Wide selection of colors. Close to Starbucks. Has a loyalty program that is very very generous. Highly recommend Jessica Vanessa and Claudia for mani/pedi.

Best pedicure I have ever had! I have just moved to Hoboken from Long Island and I am so glad to have found a salon that does such an amazing job. I got a pedicure with callous remover. The nail stylist was so sweet and didn’t poke fun at how short my nails are(which always makes me insecure). For $ 27 I received an amazing pedicure with the callous remover and hot stones. The massage was great as well. The salon overall seemed very clean which is important of course. Went in around 7:30PM and found it to be fairly busy. They also just started a membership card program also. Def will be back!

LOVE this place. Perfect place to get your nail, pedi and hair. I think I just found my FAVORITE place. I decided to give it a try because I got discount coupon, and it was worth a try. I got my nails and toes done, and it was AMAZING! I won’t go any other places from now on. In addition, Staffs are so nice and friendly, and the place was clean and tidy.

I heard they are great for pedicures but I got a horrible manicure last week. The technician seemed very inexperienced which was annoying. And I got a Vinylux manicure which chipped as fast as a regular manicure. I’ve never had that happen before. She also didn’t know the proper way to apply one(tried putting on regular base coat when Vinylux requires none) which made me have to tell her what to do. I won’t go back.

I really want to love this place because it’s so close to me and clean, but I have gotten three manicures and each time they chip the next day INCLUDING my previous gel! So disappointing. The pedicures however are great.

Love this place! I only found out about it because I got gift card to spend here. But since I’ve been coming time to time to make my nails shine;) great deal mani and pedi for 30 $! Plus they do hot stone on your feet which feels amazing! Great ladies — very fast and doing good work each time;)

The salon is one of the cleaner ones in town and it is always a good experience. A gel manicure runs around $ 35 and lasts up to 3 weeks. Their pedicures are great and they take their time and give you great attention, even when it is busy. The women are all very friendly and accommodating. I prefer Bloom Spa over most of the other spas/salons in town because they don’t aggressively file the gel off of your manicure and are sure to take the proper steps in removing the polish. Plus, they have a large selection of regular and gel colors, which definately doesn’t hurt!
