Wow bad. gave 2 not 1 just cause you know, you know what you are getting into with wendys lol and place was clean enough and waited on promptly. end of good stuff lol. 1) one sandwich ordered no mayo. of course had mayo 2) fries maybe just barely room temp, both of em 3) burger obviously was under the lights like dem fries. it was luke warm 4) freshness of feel lacking due to above 5) asked for a side condiment like youd get with chix to dip in– never got it– no surprise sigh 6) giant cups for fountain drinks. that was okay tho lol 7) two combo meals large everything $ 17 bucks for luke warm heat lamp food… FAIL Pretty much huge disappointment would never go again.

Not so great service always seems«under staffed». Should improve. Nice interior, very comforting.

Since this location reopened after being remodeled, it seems to have greatly improved. The manager Nancy was outstanding with helping a new employee train and help us with our order. If it isn’t too busy, some of the staff will even bring the food right to your seat. I would give this place 5 stars if their fries weren’t so salty.

I’m really tired of Wendy’s. Used to like the food. Still like the burgers. But here’s the thing: This is the second time I’ve been in one and the dining area was freezing! Not just a little cold, but like meat locker cold. The other is at Ashland and Fullerton in the city and I’ll never go back there again. I tried the new Asiago chicken ranch. Had it grilled. Figured it’d be a little bit lower calorie. It was THEWORST. Their standard bun, with a piece of chicken that looked and tasted more boiled than grilled, a leaf of head lettuce, and some flavored mayonnaise-type stuff. Their stock has lost me so much money it’s not even worth selling. Maybe they should hire some McDonald’s people and get their act together.
