I will never set foot in this place again. I got in a shouting match with an employee after waiting 10 minutes to get some hot sauce for my chili. I have never been talked to like this by anyone in a restaurant in my 49 years. The manager was spineless. She said she would «talk to him». This guy should have been fired on the spot. I got a refund for both our meals and I have and will never return to Wendy’s again.,

A quick stop for highway sustenance, I did the drive through at this Wendy’s. Something was wrong with the speaker and so I wasn’t sure if they got my first sandwich or not. Since they didn’t read back my order, I ended up with an extra burger.
On the plus side, it was from their value menu and it was quite good. So it’s hard to complain too much.

I’ve been coming here for years. My husband loves Wendys. On this particular visit, I actually decided to get something as well. We had a coupon for 2 Chicken sandwiches & 2 small fries for $ 7.99. I also ordered my son a $ 1.89 JBC!, & a small and medium drink. First off, we were charged $ 8.99 for our coupon. I told the guy and he went to the male manager. I was then disregarded. Stuff handed to me and he walked away. I had to ask for our cups which were both small therefore, yet again being overcharged. I will no longer be coming here. At least Bojangles is around.

It’s Wendy’s… Take it for what it is! This Wendy’s does a lot better than they did a few years ago before they closed to remodel. Back then, it would take an act of a celestial being to get your order correct. Now they stay pretty clean, fast and accurate. If I am stuck eating fast food lunch or dinner, this Wendy’s isn’t too bad.
