They are extremely slow and lack customer service. I remember ordering an 8 piece wing and the cashier said it would be about 10 minutes and I said j would wait but then she got an attitude lol so o just left and went to Bojangles across the street. I will never go back here.

I asked for a spicy chicken burrito which we have in Michigan but not North Carolina I guess. Even tho they were really busy she went out of her way to make one up and it tasted amazing! It was way better than the one I’m used to. Nice people and great service. Great staff and mgnt!

This taco bell/​kfc location consistently messes up my orders. The cashiers are always very rude and the store is filthy. They never wipe down the counter with the sweet tea and last visit it was covered with ants and when I got home there were ants in my husbands food.
