Maybe they’re better with coloring but my cut and blowout were very mediocre. I got a half assed blow out. They didn’t even pass a flat iron thru it to make it look nice. I was actually pretty shocked never having been at a salon that don’t give you a proper blow out. It seems like she was more concerned with the lady waiting to get the dye out of her hair than actually spending the proper time on doing my hair. The cut itself wasn’t anything special either. My layers were uneven. She cut long bangs on one side but not the other. She barely layered the front. It looked nothing like the picture I showed. I guess you live and learn when using Groupon deals. They cut you deal but then the services they provide are worth only the amount you actually pay. I’m giving two stars for their very decent eyebrow threading and the fact that they were polite and offered coffee. Clean establishment too. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

I bought a groupon for this place and was surprised with how much I enjoyed it. Ashley gave me my haircut. She fixed the layers I had and angled my hair more. I am not sure if I would pay full price but the groupon is definitely worth it.
Everyone here is kind and they offer you coffee/​tea before you get started.

Having stood up in multiple weddings, this was my favorite wedding prep experience. The salon closed down for our 7 person group to get our hair and make up done. The bride also had time for a manicure. And did I mention that they brought us BREAKFAST?!? It was absolutely perfect to walk into the salon with bagels and coffee waiting for us. Such a great start to a great day. All of the stylists were very friendly and made the experience stress-​free while also making us all look wonderful! We couldn’t be more grateful for their excellent care and service. I would definitely go back and highly recommend this salon.

I went for threading and it was great. I had never had my eyebrows threaded before but stopped waxing because they were always too thin. She took her time and knew what she was doing. I will be back again. And it was only $!

Waited to see how the color faded and settled but $ 57 for a single process color, cut and blow dry, is WAY affordable. Even if I have to go back for a touch up, NBD. I was paying $ 150 – 250 in the Boken for hair.
LIES! I am a natural red head. I swear.
I actually came across this spot on Unilocal and it appeared to be the most presentable of salons in town. They offer you coffee or water and snacks while you are getting your services.
Would recommend the salon for basic services. Would return to try other services.

Customer service was 5 star. but $ 33 for men’s haircut. ouch !! little expensive. I had given $ 5 tip on top of that. Not sure if thats the price for haircut in NJ. Its little lesser in Los Angeles.

I’m not the type of person to get my hair done, or even cut on a regular basis so I was faced with a bit of a challenge when I had to find a stylist for my wedding. I knew the salon needed to be close to my house since I had a very short time frame to get ready and get to the park. I looked at all of the different options available and settled on an inexpensive place down the street (not A&E). I went for a trial with pictures of what I wanted and was excited to get pampered as a bride to be! First they cut my hair telling me it would make my hair look fuller, then they inturpreted my inspiration pictures which were full of curls as a shellaced mess on my head. I didn’t even make it to my car before bobby pins started falling out. I cried when my friend saw me at home. It was nothing like what I wanted.
I didn’t have the money for another trial and had no idea was I was going to do. I frequently shop at the farmers market and liquor store that’s in the same parking lot as A&E, so one day I decided to go in and talk to them. I showed them my inspiration and what the other salon had done and told them I didn’t have the cash to have another trial. They made me feel so at ease. They assured me that they work with curly hair quiet often and showed me some of the work they THEY had done… not just work they COULD do. The owner came to talk to me and I booked my appointment for my wedding day. The price was amazing especially since I was with the owner!
My bridesmaids made appointments as well and we decided to get our nails done there the day before.
When we got our nails done the ladies were so nice! My friend had to bring her baby and they coo’d over him the whole time, so he loved it too! We all got the Shellac on our nails which was amazing! It only lasted until the honeymoon though because I spent so much time in the pool they soaked off.
The next day, my wedding day, I was so frazzled. I had been up since 5am and hadn’t eatten a bite… I brough a bagel and mimosas with me and my bridesmaids and I proceeded to get pampered. All of the women there were amazing. They kept coming over to wish me well and tell me how good my hair was looking. They made us coffee and poured our mimosas… it was the most relaxed I had felt all morning, almost fell asleep.
I LOVED my hair. It was EXACTLY, no BETTER THAN what I wanted. It held all night and I’ve never gotten so many compliments (of course it was my wedding day so what else did I expect). Out of all of the vendors I hired for my wedding, I have to say that Adam & Eve Salon was the best. The food was good, the DJ was good… but the experience at the salon really took the prize.
The owner made me promise that when I got back from my honeymoon I come back and have her fix the «hair cut» the other salon had given me. I’ve been back twice since and look forward to continuing to get pampered by them. I trust them so much that, once my hair is long enough I’m going to let them chop it off to donate it!!!
