I highly recommend going to another store. Philly Pretzel Factory pretzels are normally great! This place hides their mustard bottles(always free), looking to have you buy the stuff in the plastic containers instead. You have to ask for the regular mustard, and only then do they give it to you begrudgingly.

Pretty shitty pretzels. I ordered the pretzel bites and they were hard, tough to chew, dry, and just altogether bad. The mustard was tasty and very spicy but man, the pretzels sucked.

Stopped in after discovering my preferred pretzel shop had closed down. I often go with the party tray«Rivets» and they offer two packages… the half size with 128 rivits for $ 24 or the full size with 192 rivits for $ 28. Naturally I went for the full size, but they said you have to place orders a day in advance for full size, which was disappointing to hear, so I ended up having to go with the half size which took about 15 minutes to make. The pretzels themselves were good. Moist on the inside with a crunchy crust. And the cinnamon glaze dipping sauce was amazing! They do charge extra for honey mustard though. They also do lunch menu options with a set amount of pretzels & soda for a quick lunch if you’re looking for something a little different to grab on the road but no place to sit at inside.

Stopped in during the week. Counter guy was nice enough. Good fresh baked pretzels. No complaints.

I give this place two stars because the pretzels are pretty good. However, I wouldn’t come back here because of the rude customer service. I came to pick up two pretzel platters which were ordered through a Living Social deal. One voucher was addressed to myself, and another to my wife. I had called earlier in the morning to confirm if it was okay if I picked up both at the same time, and the person on the phone had told it was fine. When I got to the register, the man behind the counter looked at the vouchers and started giving me attitude. He said they only honor one voucher at a time. I explained that one was addressed to me, and the second to my wife, to which he responded it didn’t matter. He then stormed off in the middle of me talking and went to ask the manager if it was okay. The manager said it was fine, so with some more attitude the man came back and gave me the platters. The pretzels here are good, but not good enough to be treated as if they don’t want my business. Additionally, they are not doing me a favor by selling me pretzels. If their management reads this, they should know that Living Social got me to their door, but its because of their customer service, and not their pretzels, which will keep me from coming back.

Stopped in here with my wife to pick up some pretzels. I have had pretzels from philly soft pretzel company before but not from this location. Truth be told, I am not a huge fan of soft pretzels but I do enjoy a good one. Upon entering, there were a lot of people just standing around with one lady talking to a guy at the cash register. I couldn’t tell if these people were waiting for their food or were still in line. Turns out, they had ordered pretzel party platters and were just waiting. It is our turn to order and we order a number 1 — 3 pretzels with a soda for $ 2.75. Very reasonable, I thought. There are pretzels in the case but the guy working tells us that those aren’t as fresh as the ones coming out of the oven in about 5 – 7 minutes. My wife says OK(I am confused), so we are now just sitting around waiting with everyone else. Let me be clear that all of the employees working were very nice. Our pretzels finally come out and we also added a side of the cheddar cheese dip for 50 cents. Overall, I think the pretzels are OK — I probably won’t ever go out of my way for them but they are decent. Cheddar cheese dipping sauce wasn’t anything special. They do offer 20 pretzels for $ 5. Pretty good if you are going to a party or something like that. I liked that everything was very reasonably priced but I thought place was kind of a circus. They sell one thing: pretzels — and we had to wait around for them, along with about 7 – 8 other people. Maybe we just hit them at a really busy time. Who knows?
