Unbelievably slow service especially for a chipotle. This chipotle can not handle long lines like other chipotles. The food was standard chipotle but the wait almost makes it not worth it.

OK, went in Saturday night 7:15 line took 25 min. I have been to this location several times usually good service good food. Noticed as I got in line there was some sort of break down — out of something. Nobody seemed to be in charge every one just looking around. As I got up to order they ran out of chicken !! Are you kidding me !! I waited for them to cook more — as I have been in this freaking line now forever. Now people are leap frogging me in line. Also where are all the Hispanics that used to work here? They did an awesome job. Now the staff is your basic hillbilly-ghetto situation and they don’t care !! Won’t be back for a while.

Food is always delicious. Customer service is hit and miss. My complaint is that whenever I stop in in the evening, there’s a line stretching across the dining room. So the solution would be to order online, right? Wrong. When you order online, the pick up time is an hour out! I get that they’re busy, but what’s the point of ordering online to ‘avoid the wait’ when you still end up waiting an hour for your food? Also, whenever I order online I feel like they give us less food. The bowls usually end up like ½ — 2⁄3 as full as they are when you go through the line. If you’re going to penalize your customers for placing orders online, just don’t offer it as an option.

I just waited 30 minutes in line and they had no sour cream and no guac! In addition, the lettuce the did have was pale and half brown. It wasn’t as though they had just run out because I heard the manager tell someone that 15 min into my wait. I was picking up food for my son who was at home and hungry so I wasn’t leaving and driving to another one. I literally had to stop at Kroger afterwards to buy sour cream! Tell me why you wouldn’t notify customers with a sign??? I’ll tell you why… greed. They knew customers would leave. How do you run out of the basic necessities??? This is absolutely horrible service. Forget the fact that the lines get slower and slower every time I go and there are always new staff members. If my son didn’t like this place, I’d never step foot in it. And is it any wonder they are trying to win back customers after their PR issues? This isn’t going to do it.

It’s kind of 50⁄50 in terms of its gonna be a good visit or a bad visit. Sometimes they give us a lot of meat and other times it will be 3 pieces of steak. Last night we went to get food, and it was very very slow. The lady seemed very impatient with us and we felt like we were being rushed even though there was no one behind us the whole time, nor was it close to closing time.

Last visit was horrible. Usually when i get a burrito they can barely wrap it without breaking but this location was so light on how much they put on it looked like a wrapped up hot dog. Half a spoon of chicken 4 pieces of tomato which is because they didn’t want to replenish it scraping the bottom of the tin. I almost not paid and left but i did anyways cause family was with me and ended up leaving after we got our food went to skyline chili got wraps for everyone which still is bigger than size of burrito cause we knew we was gonna be hungry. Not going back there again. Hot heads is much better anyways start going there

By now, Most of you are aware of what Chipotle is. I will only add I find the speed of service at this one to be above other ones I frequent. This one is the same distance from my office as the one at Mill Run, but I get faster service here.

The food is pretty good and the facilities are so so… what I find unacceptable is the ordering process. Want your food fast? Better get in line. Ordering online is essentially useless. I frequent this location often due to it being right across the street from where I live, but each experience gets worse a little each time I go. I ordered my food on the app, get there 5 minutes later than the pick up time pay and then I wait… and wait… after 15 minutes(and after the line is completely depleted) I notice a bag behind the cashier that has been there since I walked in. Low and behold, that one was mine. The cashier didn’t bother to look if the order was fulfilled after taking payment. Once I get his attention, he had completely forgotten that I had already paid just 15 minutes ago. Like I said, the food is good but the staff is pretty poor. If you want you food prepared, hot and ready to go… just go through the line and forget about the online order.

I showed up to their restaurant at 9:35pm and spent 40.00 dollars. We could not get corn because they were about to close, or chicken because they were about to close. When I ask for a manager, she could barely speak English, but basically said the same thing«they were about to close». They were not closed yet? I even ask for a discount and the girl got an attitude. Horrible service and management!!!

I just bought a burrito and it was awful. They didn’t heat the tortilla so needless to say it was hard, and the chicken was ice cold. The girl making my burrito was clueless. I normally like chipotle but this was not a good experience.

I’ve always loved the Chipotle concept and taste of the food, but of every one I have been to, this is consistently the worst. Every time I go, the line is out the door. I completely understand in the restaurant industry that there are busier times than others, but part of the reason that this one is so slow is because of the lack of any urgency from the employees, and terrible teamwork behind the line. Every time I go during a busy hour, there are always at least two people standing on the line doing nothing because they weren’t trained on how an assembly line works. There have been plenty of times I have driven by and seen the line and just decided to eat somewhere else. I have seen other Chipotles have long lines such as the Grandview location, but they work so much better to quickly get everyone through the line. I recently sent in a review to corporate due to my lack of satisfaction with their customer service and urgency, and they sent me a free burrito to come back and assured me it would be addressed. I went back today to give them another shot, and they stuffed my burrito so big with over-portioning that it completely fell apart. I couldn’t even eat half of the burrito before I threw it away because it was a complete mess. This was my last chance with that location. I will be going out of my way to a different location in the future.

Not all chipotles are the same, but this one had my boyfriend and I jumping off the walls! The portions are better than great and the freshness of their ingredients are beyond this world! Sadly, I live in Miami, FL and won’t be back to this location but everyone else in the area should really give it a shot or two! Even my fancy pansy Miamian taste buds were pleased all around; which is quite hard! Probably the first 5 stars I give… Really means something big! :) ENJOY!

I politely asked for a hard-shell taco inside of a soft-shell taco and the girl at the counter gave me the worst attitude. How hard is that to figure out? There are lots of places that sell double-decker tacos, it’s not too much to ask at a build-your-own burrito place to do, even if they have to charge you a little extra. They acted like they didn’t want to accommodate my ridiculous over-the-top request but they ended up slopping my tacos together anyway. She had this face of shock like I just kicked her dog. I got news for ya: if you work in customer service, sometimes you have to accommodate a special request without a lousy attitude. Another thing — I don’t usually comment about the amount of people working because it’s irrelevant to the food/service you get, but there sure was way too many people in that kitchen. So much so, that they were all standing almost shoulder to shoulder. I also felt like when I was ordering I was being rushed the whole way through. They don’t give you enough time to think about what toppings you want on your burrito/taco/bowl.

Ordered the Patrón Magarita for the first time and it was pretty tasty. Made with Patrón Silver tequila, triple sec, a blend of lime and lemon and organic agave nectar. They make it fresh right there behind the register, which takes a minute or two so you basically have to stand there and wait for it. Prob not worth the price tag but if you want Patrón, you pay for Patrón. They also have a cheaper Sauza version, made from the same ingredients. Place is like most Chipotles-long lines that move fast, especially for lunch. I will say that the place usually clears out around 1:30 at lunch, but who can wait that late… I’ve read complaints about parking, which is somewhat true. However, there’s a strip mall behind it which you can park at and walk over. They have outside seating, which some locations don’t have.

I love Chipotle! They have changed fast food! Great value for what you pay for. My son always want the crispy tacos with chicken. We like the bowls. The bowls are so big you can share them or have a lunch and chill the half left over for dinner.

If you like Chipotle, you’ll love this place. Fresh fare(of course), friendly and efficient staff, great ambience(though usually fairly cold temperature-wise). The only downside is logistics — filed under«victim of your own success.» This place is BUSY pretty much every evening(a testament to how good it is). So parking can be difficult to maneuver, and even with blazing-fast service, the line can reach to or even out the front door. Be prepared for top-notch Chipotle. Just also be prepared to wait for a while before you get it.

This is probably my favorite Chipotle. They have plenty of seating even though it can feel a little cold. The place always does a great job of loading my burrito with everything I want and they are quick. On Sundays for lunch, this place always seems to have lines but they fly. My burrito is always well stocked with meat and beans. They also load the Guacamole on. It is also close to my house. Parking can be a problem at times.
