I’m a HUGE cold stone fan. Just not THIS location. We’ve had multiple bad experiences here. All of them being with the service. The staff here (mostly high school, college kids) are atrocious. Especially the night shifts. So rude. They’ve made it very clear that they’d rather be not working and that we’re nothing but a bother to them. We try not to come here anymore unless our craving for good ice cream in a convenient location can’t be stopped.
