Don’t know how to explain it besides it’s Taco Bell. You’ve been in one, you been in them all. Same menu, but this place was clean. I do love the fact that we dined in, the manager came to us asking if our food and everything else was ok.

About once a year I come here, and I remember why it is only once a year. I love Taco Bell as it is my $ 3 guilty pleasure but this one is awful. Slow… wait for it… slow service makes this place unbearable. It has not changed over the years. Back in my college days, I came here more often than now and it was the same. The workers either are always new or just hate their minimum wage job. I would go the one on Cemetary (decent service) or West Broad (not sure of service) even though they are further way.
Maybe the Pizza Hut/​Taco Bell is the cause for slowness.
