What they have is nice. But selection is limited, they will only take cash or check (it’s 2015 folks), hours are inconvenient (M-​F, 9 – 5 only), and most importantly, they’re very over-​priced. North Shore one percenter housewives with unlimited cash and free time: you’ve found your tile guy. All others: look elsewhere.

Great selection, knowledgeable staff and installers that have an eye for detail and perfection. They are meticulous! You will not be disappointed. I had them install new tile in my entryway with NuHeat and it looks amazing.

Good selection of tiles, experienced, knowledgeable staff and let me tell you — phenomenal quality of work! I had a few tile projects done in my house — all of them by the Classic Tile. I was always able to find the tile I wanted and after all was said and done I was very happy with the results. The quality of work of their installers is beyond reproach — pure perfection. You can take any kind of tools to try to find the slightest imperfection and you won’t. The tiles are laid out with perfect angles, distances, gaps, corners, cut perfectly around drains, columns, vents and I could go on and on. They know their stuff like a true seasoned professionals. I wish all of the pros that work on our houses had this level of knowledge and experience.
Why not five stars? Well, they are a bit on the expensive side, and after visiting the Tile Shop their selection seems now puny. However, my next tiling project is going to be like this: I will find my tile at the Tile Shop — ask them if they can get it for me — if they can (for the same price) — great, done deal. If not I will buy it at the Tile Shop but I will still have them do the installation. I am not taking any chances — can not beat the perfection.
