The hardwood recommended to us split and will need to be replaced. We were told by the owner that it was our fault because of the humidity levels in our home (which we can’t control because it is a condo) but they were the ones that recommended the product to us. We basically paid to reduce the value our home. We’ve had two other companies independently review the work and both said that it was improper installation, not humidity.

Great pricing, no hard sell. Mike came over very quickly, took accurate measurements and quoted in a timely fashion. He told us the carpet would take about 2 weeks to get and installed it within a few days of receipt.

Top notch work at a great price. We got something like 8 estimates for replacing some hardwood floors, refinishing others at our house. Prices ranged from under $ 10,000 to over $ 25,000 (our house is about 3,000 square feet and hardwood is in every room except the baths). Mike at Carpet Central was the most responsive professional we dealt with and he was very flexible, too. He gave us various options at various prices and NEVER tried to sell us up or push us. When we finally decided what we wanted to do, he gave us the best quote on that, too.
Call Mike. He is honest, his guys do good work and you’ll probably save money, too. It is just that simple.
