Food quality and taste is bad. Sorry butter chicken is not suppose to sweet, chicken korma was whatever. Selling expired lassi didn’t help much with rating. Only thing that was ok was Naan, guess you can’t screw up that.

First let me start off saying i HATE leaving bad reviews. I truly feel bad for the businesses but as an aspiring Elite Unilocaler, this is my duty. Ready? Food. Is. Terrible. Like actually terrible and thats putting it lightly. Literally took $ 45 worth of food to go, and we threw it out. And ive eaten at most indian places around the area and ii can confidently tell you this one is not the one for you.

Good Indo Chinese food! Favorite dishes tonight were the Goan fish and lamb biryanis. Cozy atmosphere on a rainy night with great service!

Save your money. Don’t ever go to this restaurant. nothing is fresh .they save leftover food for weeks until it’s sold completely. one waiter even admitted. they also serve canned food, ingredients which are loaded with artificial flavorings. after eating you get indigestion, headache. kitchen is dirty & kitchen staff is not clean. restrooms smell.

Kwality’s weekend buffet is tastier and a much better value than Diwan’s down the road. it also has a calmer atmosphere, whereas diwan is stressful. at first we thought the inclusion of chinese dishes would be odd, but it wasn’t. in fact it was nice to have the variety. chili chicken works well next to butter chicken. it’s also right next to hicksville station, so the parking is convenient.

This place USED to be my favorite Indian restaurant in the area. Since changing management once or(maybe even twice unsure) the food has gone terribly down hill. One of my staple chicken tikka masala dishes I would eat there isn’t even served any more. In fact the buffet size has decreased by about half, as has the quality and service. AND they increased prices. Every time I’ve gone in the recent months it has gotten progressively worse. Now I’m at the point where I will refuse to return. Time to find a new place.

So our LIRR broke down so me and my buddy decided to stop over at Hicksville and discovered this joint. It’s a walking distance from train station. The food sounded interesting with indian Chinese fusion cuisine. We ordered chicken Manchurian and chicken fried rice. The food was just horrible. The Manchurian tasted like raw vinegar and tasted awful. The rice was uncooked and lacked vegetables or flavor of any sort. The food is an insult to both indian and chinese cuisine. I guess the restaurant that spells quality with«K» does not really care about quality. The service was worse than the good itself. After 3 requested with a completely inattentive waiter we got the soy sauce and its tasted like gasoline. Overall the place just made the night even worse. I would not waste my money here again.

Food — 4 stars Décor — 4 stars Service — 3 stars This was my second time here and overall my experience was pretty good. We had a family dinner here and the restaurant was not busy only 2 other tables. We ordered apps and try came out fast and the samosas were delicious. The main course came out fast as well but they forgot one of the entrees. When we asked they didn’t even know they had missed it. But we’re very apologetic but we decided to cancel as we had too much food on the table already. For dessert I had ordered the Malai Kulfi but was served the Mango Kulfi. The staff switch it for what I had ordered but I think the staff needs to be more attentive to the orders they take.

Been at Kwality before and it was great. However it is under«new» ownership so those who bought a Groupon, the owner Rohit will tell you too bad go get a refund from Groupon. He will not honor it, made sense why at dinner time the place was empty. With many Indian restaurants in Hicksville and the surrounding area I’d suggest going to another establishment since their«kwality» customer service has gone down the tube.

Worst food. Have never tasted a sweet corn soup with a dal flavor, chole bhatura was salty, paneer bhurji was too tangy. The only good one was spring roll and onion kulcha. As the gravy was not good we couldn’t eat the bhatura or kulcha. Will never ever go there again.

We drove up and almost left — put off by the window banner and the empty parking lot; boy were we happy we stayed. We all eat a lot of Indian food at lots of places in several states and all agreed this was one of the best. Flavors fresh and clear, subtle spicing. Very happy with it, looking forward to my return. A special mention of the Goa fish curry with coconut– different and very tasty. Service was ok, the environment clean but nothing special although it includes a lit artificial Christmas tree, in May…

My boyfriend and I had a fabulous surprise here at Kwality! We are late night diners and arrived almost at closing but were greeted with such friendliness even though we were definitely keeping the staff there late. The owner and sever took such great care of us. They found out what we liked and recommended some really great items. My favorite of which was the chicken chop. Beautifully marinated chicken on the bone, mostly sliced off for easy eating, and served atop onions on a mini table grill. Absolutely incredible. I swear even my mostly vegetarian boyfriend couldn’t get enough! Dave, the owner, also suggested some other items we truly enjoyed; paneer momos(cheese and vegetable dumpling), chicken makltui and of course garlic naan! The homemade kofta(ice cream) as a fabulous and satisfying way to end the meal. Best Indian food we’ve had! Thanks!

Just dined here … Ambience is nice. Servers are friendly and caring … The new owners are nice. They come and check on you . Food is good as well. Try their pudding paneer tikka. It was very good. Very well marinated and grilled to perfection. We ordered kadhi paneer gobhi taja tak and tal tadka for main course. DSL is one of the best I had in USA. Kulfi faluda is aalo worth trying … One star less for slow service on the dessert …

Came here for an early afternoon lunch buffet. First off, the place was a small, but full of spacious tables and the lunch buffet was displayed beautifully. I started off with the Cholay, Chilly Chicken, Rice and Tandoori Chicken. Excellent Cholay and the chicken was to die for. Second, I had my all time favorite chicken makhani. I can determine the quality of a restaurant from their style of chicken makhani and Kwality absolutely knows what they’re doing. Excellent food and I even had the chance to try a chicken tikka masala dosa which was made fresh in front of me and tasted amazing. Overall, I had a wonderful lunch at Kwality and I would definitely come again. Highly recommended

Been to this place today(a Saturday) for their weekend lunch buffet. Very good fare. They had several Indian dishes, naans are served hot and fresh to the table. Plus they had veg hakka noodles and chilli chicken, great! Plus there’s plenty of parking just next to the restaurant(free on weekends).

My second time here and once agian I was impressed I had the chicken tikka masala and chicken chop and it was delicious. This time I went to takeout instead of delivery and I was welcomed by a friendly waiter. I will be back.
