It sucks when they say a price is this much, but when you stop it’s different. The girl at the counter was rude also. I went to Arby’s next door and it was great.

This was my first visit to this Burger King, and have mixed opinions. The dining area is kind of neat with wood trim and open ceiling. But that’s were the liking stops. Placing my order with the brain dead kid was a difficult task. He would ask a question, I would answer and just get a blank stare back. The whopper was fine, but fries were tough to chew, like they old and reheated. When I first sat down the place needed a good cleaning, which was done as I ate. The place had very few customers which I always consider a bad sign. Using the washroom, you needed a hazmat suit, just plain nasty. As I sit here doing my review, you can get a whiff of the washroom or the garbage cans.

The people are nice but the the service was lousy. They were very slow at getting the food out to people and so the line inside and out got quite long.

Consistently had bad experiences with missing items via drive thru. The last time I ordered from there, Marlyn and Sonia(managers) told me they would not give me a free food item for the inconvenience of returning to their store so they could complete the order I purchased. She offered to give me a discount on a food item. It was the principle of the matter. I have not returned. They should place a sign informing customers to beware of incomplete orders before they drive away. Bad management and ownership. My letter to the ownership was ignored.

I went in here the 4th of july weekend and they were super busy, the manaager«pat» was a very hard worker, he had long lines and managed to get everything done that was needed i recoomend to go to this burger kling for their fast and helpful service
