JVM Kitchen Cabinet & Granite

DO NOT CONTRACT THIS COMPANY!!! JVM did a TERRIBLE job on our bathroom remodel. Below are the issues we had with the remodel that was «complete» tonight (1÷6÷2016)
1. During the entire process Johen did not contact us even once to see what the progress was.
2. At the end of each day Jose (contractor) would inform us the time he would be arriving the following day but not once showed up at the set time. He consistently arrived an hour late and didn’t show up on one occasion. On such day, I waited to hear from him for two hours before I called him, in which he informed me he wouldn’t be able to show up.
3. Consistently seemed to be in a rush
4. After putting up new drywall, Jose left the walls completely uneven and left several screws exposed even after using compound.
5. The shower door was installed unevenly, scratched and didn’t install the handles.
6. My husband asked him to even out the walls, which he did; however we now have to sand it down tomorrow (1÷7÷2016).
7. Per the contract, they provided the thinset and installed all accessories. Well, Jose asked us to purchase the thinset and asked my husband if it was OK he installed the accessories himself since it was easy.
8. The Hot/​Cold shower valve was reversed and asked my husband if it was ok to leave as is. My husband said no.
9. It appears Jose does not know there is a thing called a LEVEL. Had he used one he would catch all of his mistakes.
10. We paid for a full bath remodel but ended up having to sand & paint the walls, install all accessories, among other things.
THIS LIST CAN GO ON FOR DAYS.
THIS COMPANY DOES NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THE DETAILS AND SOME «DETAILS» ARE PRETTY EFFING OBVIOUS. I WANTED THESE PEOPLE OUT OF MY HOUSE ASAP! I WILL NEVER CONTACT THEM FOR ANOTHER REMODEL.

Johen with JVM was exceptionally great! We were in need of a countertop for our new kitchen, I can honestly say JVM did the job impeccable and FAST! We supplied them with the material and sink so they can work and they took care if it all, we even got the pieces they didn’t use back and intact. Thanks JVM for a great job!

Johen and his team made my dream kitchen a reality. When I first met with Johen I had a vision of what I wanted and with a few of his recommendations my kitchen turned out even better then I imagined. He took the time to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. From start to finish he was constantly in contact with me updating me on the status of my kitchen. The JVM team was always on time and very professional. I honestly have not one complaint and would use them again in a heartbeat. I am in love with my kitchen.

Amazing! I was hesitant about remodeling my kitchen only because I’ve heard horror stories about unfinished work — I heard about JVM through a neighbor and they far exceeded ALL of my expectations. From the initial estimate to the final outcome, JVM has been professional, detail-​oriented and just amazing! They were on time and delivered everything they promised and more! The quality of their work is superb and they add an artistic flair I never expected to find in a small company! I had friends and family over for the holidays and my kitchen was the focus of my home. Thank you JVM for helping me create the kitchen imagined!
