Sleep Inn & Suites Hewitt – South Waco

Upon departing this disgusting hotel, I unintentionally left my Bluetooth earpiece on one of the beds that, during my stay the maids never changed the linens. I realized it about an hour after I left. I was going to call to let them know so they could hold it for me. But I reconsidered. I decided that I wanted to see if they would call me to let me know.
For that to happen, the housekeeper would have to first do the right thing and strip the linens from that bed to make sure it was actually clean for the next guest. Then, the maid would have to be honest and report the item left behind.
If the maid did well, then the manager would have to be honest enough to call me at the number I gave them when I checked in. You know: all that contact information they require when you check into any hotel.
But I never heard from them.
So that means that someone failed to do the right thing. And agin, previous complaints listed on Unilocal about this place ring true!
Don’t stay at this location. There are better quality hotels just down the road at the same price and better.

Nice décor, polite staff very comfortable beds. Perfect holiday, weekend, relax getaway spot. Near Waco shopping and restaurants.

My Mom and I booked this place on
. I picked it based on location, the indoor pool and hot tub and the free breakfast. Tax and all was $ 108.
We really like this place ALOT! The rooms have a nice modern décor. The room was clean a d cozy with little to none noise on our top floor room.
The breakfast was delicious and had all of the usual foods we like such as cereal, waffle maker, juices, coffee, and so on. Areas were clean and plenty of supplies.
The staff was very nice and the cleaning staff all greeted us in the halls. The pool and hot tub was clean and the water was clear and warm.
I can’t think of one thing they could change. Definitely feel the price was great and we got our money’s worth.

Stayed at this hotel for about two weeks back in October ’14. Upon my departure I noticed a brand new set of walkie talkies had been taken from my suitcase! Just had bought them from bass pro shops right down the road. They were still new in the package… ($ 150+). I didn’t notice they were missing until after I left and unpacked my bags in Denver Colorado. When you leave something zipped up in your suitcase you assume it’s there and safe… Not at this hotel!!! And also our room was on the 1^st floor, no smoke there but walking to 3^rd floor to do laundry the smell was over bearing!
If you stay here I’d request no housekeeping
