I received great customer service from good-​natured and helpful people. Plus, I enjoyed my to-​go pad Thai with shrimp.

I was greeted immediately (twice) by enthusiastic employees, one of whom explained the menu to me.
I’ve eaten here twice before, but it was at family things, so there was stuff going on, so I thought my wife and I would try some freshly made pastas to see what we thought.
We didn’t think much. As good as the service was, the dishes reminded me (again) of microwaved pastas. The food isn’t actively «bad,» but it’s actively not great; it’s absolutely mediocrity at its most mediocre.
It’s a chain, so whaddya want?

More of a 3.5 star, but I’ll round up. I like Noodles and Co. It’s not fancy nor gross, it’s a happy medium. The family always comes away with happy stomachs. And of course they have the magic coke machine.

I’ve done the online ordering twice and both times I’ve had issues with the accuracy of the order. I’ve tried to add extra meat to my Buff Bowl. The first time it just didn’t get added to my actual bowl. The next time they substituted the meat, but still charged me the extra money. The actual online ordering experience is fairly painless and fast, but I don’t think the employees are reading the orders correctly. The next time, I’ll order the extra meat on the side just so I can be sure I’m getting it.
As for the food, it’s okay. The aforementioned Buff Bowls are not exceptionally delicious, but they are reasonably healthy and a good option if you’re looking to cut down on carbs.
The staff here is pretty friendly. I haven’t had any issues when doing the in-​person ordering. There’s also enough variety to make a group trip pleasant for everyone.

I love Noodles N Company. Many different styles of noodle/​pasta dishes and they added sandwhichs, salads, and soups. Stopped by today and had as usual a great dining experience.
I typically go for the pesto cavatapi with shrimp but this time ventured into the rest of the menu. Started with a chicken noodle soup that was really good and had a spicy cesar wrap. Both items Id reccomend. They also have the coke machines where you pick your flavor which is always nice.
Service here was really good. My wifes order was wrong but it was fixed promptly.

This place is awesome. Food is always delicious, the dining room is super clean, and the staff is friendly and attentive.

My son and I like Noodles and Co. It is very simple, priced right, fast and tastes good.

For a chain restaurant it’s good dining. This location is clean, friendly and efficient. Always cooked my pasta perfectly. My fav things to order are penne rosa with grilled chicken, Pesto Cavatappi with parmesan crusted chicken or grilled chicken. Also buff salads are good. Nice staff. Good for when I am short on time.

I was really disappointed for eating at this place. These are chain of restaurants and I have been to other places which never dispapotned me. They definitely lacking recipe. Extremely fast but food is not fresh and doesn’t meet my expectations. I will not go this place again as there are better places to eat around this area.

I have had Indonesian Peanut Saut here. It was just SUPER. Here is the best noodles I have had in USA. The price is within the limit. The restaurant ambiance is very welcoming.

Extremely fast service but my bowl of Alfredo Montamore was ¹⁄₃ filled with oil. Gross. The non-​oily part tasted decent though…

I know this is a chain restaurant, but there are no locations in my home area. That makes it a good place to visit when traveling.
The basic buttered noodles with parrmesan chicken, along with a small order of garlic bread, makes for a pretty filling and tasty meal. Adding a large cookie makes for a good dessert and a decent meal, all for about $ 12.00. Not that price is the most important part of a meal, but it helps.
Definitely a good place to go. The menu is more extensive in its choice of noodles, so you should be able to find a good combination.

Been here at least once month since i moved to herndon. Food is always great and service is awesome. I usually get the penne rosa or bankok curry. They are good

If you are a fan of noodles you will love this place. They have a huge variety of noodles and flavors to choose from, Asian, Mediterranean, Classic American.
I normally get the Japanese pan asian noodles with a side of Thai curry soup. The noodles itself is a bit on the saltier side.
Noodles & Company is nothing fancy but this place is legit If you are looking for something fast that will fill you up for a cheap price.

Quick and friendly service, Thai got pot is yummy large portion for 9 dollars, good place for a quick bite (If you are looking for a date night I would still suggest stones cove)

Meh. I got the regular Pesto Cavatappi with shrimp, side of chicken noodle soup and potstickers. My noodle dish was barely warm and lacked taste, came with hardly any pieces of tomatoes and even less mushrooms. The soup was warm but I actually liked its taste and heartiness. The potstickers were not hot at all and had a rubbery wrapper, but the filling was tasty.
On the other hand, the teen raved about his Steak Stroganoff as did the husband about his Spicy Chicken Caesar sandwich. Both also enjoyed the soup and potstickers.
Though the food was ok (for me), I must say the customer service was great, especially from the guy who brought our food and cleared our table (sorry I didn’t get his name).
Will probably come back for a second try, at the urging of the teen and husband, so hopefully my food will be better and more stars can be given.

I tried 5 different pastas. The pesto one with curly noodles, Bangkok curry, Japanese noodles, and Mediterranean with whole wheat noodles and the butter noodles. I feel like all their pastas need more salt to bring out the flavors from the sauces. All the dishes as they are very bland. The pesto one had almost no flavor. Also all the dishes come with very little sauce leaving them very dry. Also the pasta for the Mediterranean dish and Japanese dish were undercooked. But the plus side is their curry soup is very yummy. If I go back it will be just for that.

My overall rating is probably more of a 3.5 star rating however I am currently in the New Years Eve spirit so I’m giving them a .5 star increase.
I like Noodles & Company. I’ve tried a number of different noodle dishes here and the one that I like the best is the Barbecue Pork Mac dish. It most definitely isn’t the healthiest dish but it sure does taste good.
Fyi, if you are going to come here during the lunch hours you might want to get here early or order online or over the phone because this place can get pretty packed during lunch time. Also this place establishment isn’t very big so be sure to be mindful of that if you plan on eating at this location.
My latest visit I wanted to try something different so I decided to get the Pesto Cavatappi with a small chicken noodle soup. Now the Pesto Cavatappi wasn’t all that good but it wasn’t that bad either in my opinion. However I’m glad that I got the soup because it was surprisingly delicious.
I like Noodles & Company and I do plan to come back to try some of their other dishes and my Barbecue Pork Mac dish.

Luckily for pasta fans and non-​pasta fans alike, Noodles has grown their menu to include more than just, well, noodles. This is truly a place that has «something for everyone» and can do no wrong in my book because the dishes are cooked to order, the service is friendly and quick, and the food is good and as indulgent or as healthy as you feel like it should be.

The parking lot sucks at Clock Tower Center, but that’s no fault of the business.

Not bad. Good for a fast-​casual meal if you’re looking for something nicer than microwaved sandwiches.
This is a new location right across from my work, so it’s convenient. It’s clean, never overly-​crowded, and the staff is nice. The wait for your order is never long, and the quality is consistent.
Nothing to complain about.
