My husband and I like to eat at pizzeria mimosa. It’s a little expensive for Sierra vista but the Restaraunt is beautiful inside and service is, for the most part, great. The food is good too. Last night things were a little off. Our server was so busy and so was the rest of the staff. They were almost running from table to table, I can imagine it was hard to keep up but I would really recommend this Restaraunt consider having some folks designated to pour water, bus tables and clear clutter. We were in a small table for two. Really not large enough for the dishes and it took a long time to get water, refills, clear away dishes. Our server tried but for a Restaraunt that borders on one of the few fine® dining places, the emphasis seemed to be more about getting more people seated and less about taking care of the current diners.

Stopped by here after we finished hiking at Coronado cave. Out here in the middle of nowhere I wasn’t expecting much, but this place was fantastic. Awesome food and awesome service!

We visit the area frequently, and PM is one of our go-to places. Service has been inconsistent int he past, but we’ve started eating at the bar, and have had stellar service there 2 – 3 times now. Food is very good, especially given the few options in the area. And did I mention that they have spumoni? That’s good for a star right there.

Shout out to Glen, the waiter! He sure knows his wines, which ones pair well with what food, and he he likes to get his laughs(cracking jokes every time he came to our table). Very personable! As for the food, this is a great Italian eatery for the Sierra Vista surrounding area. There aren’t very many top notch restaurants around that area as far as I can tell, but Pizzeria Mimosa, along with a select few others, is worth going to for a good meal. Had the eggplant parmesan… almost tasted like it had meat in it — just a very hearty meal, and quite tasty! Give this place a try!

My wife and I came to Pizzeria Mimosa for our anniversary. I ordered the Chicken Parm and she the Gnocchi. Both dishes came out very quickly and were executed perfectly. I highly recommend this restaurant and I wish it was closer to town.

It’s so hard to find this style pizza and really authentic Italian food in these parts. Pizzeria Mimosa really nails it. And Jackson the hostess was so sweet and perfect. I found my new regular spot!

Best pizza in Arizona, period. Wine list is AMAZING! This is the number on restaurant in Cochise county. This is the closest you will get to a taste of Tuscany without getting on a plane. Sierra Vista is lucky to have this joint right down the street.

Pleasantly surprised by this little gem next to a random liquor store. Service was great as was their pizza and calzone. Definitely a place to wine and enjoy an Italian cuisine with great company and great views of the mountains.

Food was fairly bland and over saturated with sauce and the pasta was over cooked as well. I also had a salad that was over saturated with dressing. For the amount of money you will spend there, you would expect better food. The mimosa bar was fairly nice, but cost of the food does not match the quality sadly. Probably won’t go back.

The very best hands down. I speak from a lifetime of work from Italy to seattle and back over 40 years, this place is second to none

I love pizzeria mimosa. Ironically, its my favorite restaurant in Sierra Vista thats not actually in Sierra Vista. Quality service, great food and good specials, great décor, there is really nothing not to like about this place. I fell in love with their sunday brunch pizzas(and mimosa bar of course) and highly highly recommend everyone check out the eggs benedict pizza. Its a very unique pizza that I’ve never seen anywhere else but is freaking delicious. Their normal pizzas are also very good(although my most recent visit i thought the pizza was a little soggy and below their usual high standard). You typically get a nice amount of bread and olive oil prior to your meal. They have a good selection of wines. If you miss their brunch on Sunday, then check out their Sunday evening special(pizza and bottle of wine for 20 bucks). The décor of the restaurant is another stand out as it is very classy yet somehow accessible and warm. It really stands out as a restaurant from all the others in town. Everyone should try pizzeria mimosa if they live in or around sierra vista.

Best food and atmosphere within 20 mins of Sierra Vista. Food is A-MAZ-ING. Steak, pizza, pasta, salads… All flavorful, generous portions, high quality and fresh ingredients. It is an oasis in this food desert we live in.

We tried Pizzeria Mimosa for the first time last night, and we loved it so much we immediately regretted not having tried it earlier. We arrived in time to get our cocktails(Prosecco cocktail and Pomegranate Limonata– delicious!) and appetizer(Spiedini– SUPER delicious) at Happy Hour rates. We ordered the pizza that was on special– which included gorgonzola, arugula, pears, prosciutto, and balsamic glaze. We both agreed it was one of the best pizzas we’ve ever had. We finished the meal with the Tiramisu, which was the biggest portion and most delicious Tiramisu either of us have had! Our server Angel was very friendly and attentive– we had no complaints at all! This pizza place definitely has better food and a better ambiance, and DEFINITELY a better bang for your buck than a certain hip pizzeria in Bisbee. We will be visiting much more often, thanks Pizzeria Mimosa!

It was an awesome ride to this place. The views are beautiful around this restaurant. They have a meeting room behind the restaurant where groups can host meetings, and they even provide a projector and screen, as well as a group waitress. The price didn’t match the feeling of being in an upscale restaurant – it was definitely affordable. I tried the fried calamari with the spicy sauce and it was surprisingly good even without with full crispiness due to the sauce. The selection of pizzas is definitely the go-to section in the menu – there are so many options and the size is perfect for a hungry stomach, with even some left overs to enjoy the next day.

The most authentic Italian pizza we’ve had since moving here. We spent three years in Europe and this is the closest to the real thing you’re going to get– I recommend the pizza margherita. Wonderful mozzarella with fresh basil and a very yummy sauce. It’s out new favorite restaurant in the area!

Fantastic service both times we’ve gone. We love the happy hour. The truffle fries and margarita pizza are delicious and cheap during the happy hour. We also tried the raspberry gelato. It was fantastic.

When my coworker told me that we were heading to an Italian restaurant in the middle of the desert just north of Mexico I figured he meant Pizza Hut. After two trips to Sierra Vista we’ve gone here each time, it’s a good little place with some solid food in the middle of nowhere. On a warm day enjoy the patio seating and just look at all those stars you can’t even see while in cities. The beer selection is minimalist but the food is quite good. Definitely one of the best options out there.

My visit was on 3/15, so this is a few days overdue. Read all the wonderful reviews on Unilocal, came in right after church service. We were the very first couple in, the second to get our drinks and the third to get our meals. Hum, not good. Our waitress,(starts with an R) was too interested in talking to the male staff than service. Our food — which would have been perfect — if it wasn’t serviced luke warm; came out from another server whom accessed our frustration. I would have given higher stars if our food was hot. But unfortunately the service made our first visit a bad visit. * We would have brought this up to the manager if we weren’t on a time crunch… Thanks again to the slow nonchalant waitress.

I went and ate there last night with a very large group and it was a pleasurable experience. Our table was ready when we showed up for our reservation and we were promptly seated. We did only have one waitress collecting drink and food orders but she was very efficient in the way she collected orders. I ordered the Calzone along with one of the appetizers along with an iced tea for a drink and my order came out to be less than $ 30. All in all it was a very good night and we will be going back.
