Food is good. Service is slack. Not very clean. The eat more chicken should be changed to eat somewhere else. Not impressive. I don’t recommend.

I’m here today prior to a class. A young mom and her little boy had his cup of sprite spill on the floor. The management team immediately cleaned up and got him a replacement Sprite. This is why Chic-​fil-​a is five stars.

It’s a good bit slower than the rest. The staff are always fabulous. I actually went here after graduation haha.

We stopped here on our way up to Gatlinburg for a road trip snack. My husband got a chicken sandwich and we split large fries. The service was quick and I watched a cashier carry a tray to a booth for an elderly woman (how sweet).
We sat down and the fries were de-​lish. Hot and perfect with honey roasted bbq. If the food is that good all the time, I can’t imagine why anyone would give less than 5 stars.

ChickFilA is my choice when I’m grabbing fast food. This particular ChickFilA is a fairly regular drive-​thru spot for me. Easy lunch spot for when I’m out running errands at WalMart. Every experience I’ve had here has been positive. Food is always hot and fresh. Love the chicken nuggets, waffle fries, and awesome lemonade! Mmmmm. Service is always prompt and friendly, which is super important to me. 5 stars!

Worst experience with a Chick Fil A that I have ever had. Staff was not nice, arguing with customers. There was a huge line waiting to order and a huge crowd sitting or standing around with their hands on their hips and kids running around everywhere waiting on food that was taking a very long time to come out. My food was good, but I would not go back to this location.

Let me first begin by saying that I normally love Chick-​Fil-​A, that I look forward to delicious chicken sandwiches, fruit cups, potatoes, and the friendliness of the staff. This experience was one I feel that is irregular to a Chick-​Fil-​A and one I don’t expect to repeat elsewhere.
Flies! Loads of them! Everywhere! Poor fruit with strawberries beginning to ferment and carrying the tainted taste of bad wine. A restroom without paper towels. The chicken that I longed to taste and enjoy was dry and had been sitting for what I feel must have been a while.
I was more than a little disappointed by this experience and hope for it not to be repeated.
