Jack In the Box

I got two value tacos and a breakfast burrito. I waited 5 minutes– the guy reassured me this was because they were making me fresh tacos.
It turns out I was waiting while they sent someone out to chick fil a’s dumpster to find lettuce for my taco.
These were the nastiest tacos I have ever seen. Yellow/​brown wilted/​crusty lettuce.
The breakfast burrito was fine.
The curly fries were lovely.
As with most fast food, you gotta know what to avoid. AVOID THESE TACOS.
I give 1 star because I can’t fathom how they can be allowed to serve this lettuce. Seriously it was that repulsive.

It’s Jack in the Box. Service is usually always slow. Most of the people who work there have low standards of sanitation. This place is a once a year stop even though it’s 2 mins from my house. Just not impressed. Don’t go here.

Way to blow me away! WOW. The cashier and… manager I think? They were both amazing! wow.
They knew the menu inside and out, everyone was extremely friendly. I haven’t been to a jack in the box since like 6 or 7 years ago. I wanted to try all their sauces, and she brought one of each out for me to try. (HATE COMPANYS THAT CHARGE FOR SAUCE)
Anyway, the sauces were all really good. I got the ultimate cheese burger, asked for half curly and half straight fries, which they did for me.
On top of that I got the 2 for 1 dollar tacos. The meat was pretty bland BUT the hot sauce they have near the drink machine made it pretty good. You can’t beat 50 cent tacos. Nice crunchy shell, packed full of lettuce and cheese. WHAT A DEAL!
Everything (large ultimate cheese burger large meal and 2 tacos came out to like 8 bucks) Seems kinda crazy to be that low.

Great Fresh food. Excellent service. Very clean restrooms. That can’t be said for every Jack-​in-​the-​Box restaurant but it can for this one. Thanks Jack!

I had never heard of Jack in the Box prior to moving to NC. That said, I was super impressed on my first visit. Got a late lunch (2pm) at the drive thru. Greeted promptly. Got my food super fast too. And they were very thorough — included a handful of ketchup with me even asking. I like that you can choose straight or curly fries. Also, I was really excited that they serve Strawberry Fanta! As far as the burger — good flavor and decent thickness to patty. Good toppings too. I really appreciate that they were very polite and nice at the window. I’m definitely going back when I get a fast food craving!
