Very nice and very helpful staff. Every other place is going to try to upsell you and you waste the first 10 minutes going through the product presentation and every time you tell them you’re not interested LOL this is nice and quick and reasonably priced! The girl at the counter was very friendly and helpful, too!

Wish I could give negative stars. I signed up for a spray tan membership and have had nothing but issues ever since. Today was the final straw. My bank cancelled my old card, so I had to update today with my new debit card. When the girl (Austin) ran my card, she charged me twice. When I asked her why she charged my card double, she had to call another location to ask what had happened. She admitted it was her fault, and apologized, but then informed me that in order to get the transaction corrected, I would have to wait until monday and call «corporate» to have my card refunded. This is not OK. When I asked to speak to a manager, she had to again call another facility, and that manager (Jessica) told me there was nothing she could do and to call back Monday. When I started to argue with her, she actually hung up on me. The caliber of employees hired in these salons is deplorable and I do believe this may be the worst customer service experience I have EVER encountered. I will make sure everyone I talk to knows this, and my second call on Monday (after corporate) will be to the Better Business Bureau, as I consider this theft.

Wish I could give this place less than one star. Who lets an employee smoke and make out with their boyfriend in the doorway of their business?

I used to come to this place before they took over, I couldn’t remember why I stopped, and due to convenience I came back. It hit me today that I quit coming because their beds are INSANELY UNCOMFORTABLY HOT!!! Seriously like the heat from a thousand suns hot. Like Africa in a record high heat wave hot. I cannot stress this enough. You pay for the comfort and luxury of indoor tanning and walk out drenched in sweat hallucinating from dehydration. After expressing the discomfort the girl behind the counter nodded and told me when I could cancel my membership (which I will).
Two stars cause it’s clean.

The equipment isn’t as nice as the 215 location, but this one is cleaner and there’s almost never a wait!
