Highly recommended! A wonderful staff that does an excellent job without being overpriced.

My wife and I went here around 2pm. They were obviously busy but they made time to interact with us. When we were approached, they were very nice and polite. We got two pants and a dress hemmed. Prices were very reasonable too! No complaints for this place, definitely come again and recommend!

I took a new dress to be altered and it turned out horrible and unfinished! It needed a hem and the shoulders taken up. Once I took it home, after waiting 3 weeks (because, Soon, the seamstress is only there once a week and you Must be there for her to measure you) I found out that the hem hadn’t even been done at all! I was charged $ 60.00 for both the hem and the shoulders to be taken in! I think that was expensive. I must also add that this was the second time this has happened! After the first time, I thought, Well, it was just an oversight, but, now a second time to me within a couple of months… noway!!! I asked the owner for my money back, she refused! She also wouldn’t give my dress back to me. Finally, i sent my husband to get it back today! Unbelievable! ! Shame on Polo cleaners and Soon, the seamtress! 4÷27÷16.

Clothes always come back top notch & on time. Very friendly & have also done some stitching for me that I was pleased with.

They do a nice job with shirts and pants cleaning and pressing. Alterations are for basics only. They were not able to alter my daughter’s flower girl dress. But we still like them and use them for dry cleaning needs.

Altered my dress in a day! It came out perfect and was reasonably priced. Very happy customer.

I use them a couple of times a month. My clothes are always ready on time and I’ve never had an issue.

Brought in flat front casual pants to get dry-​cleaned. Explicitly ask at counter to note not to crease the fronts. Pick up the next day — they’re creased. Complain to guy at counter; he lets out big, exasperated sigh. Tells me to come back tomorrow. I ask if they could please get a press in today, as I was supposed to have them done today; request denied. I ask for a refund. Refused. Seriously? I walk out to find a new dry cleaner.

Nicest ladies run dry cleaners. Perfectly dry cleaned clothes. Always ready on time.
