I was going to transfer my prescriptions over to Walgreens as it would be more convenient. For 4 days I requested they call my previous pharmacy to get all my prescriptions but was told each time I had no more refills and they would not call my Dr. I made 2 calls to my Dr’s office requesting they fax them to Walgreens, but Walgreens kept telling me they had not received any fax. I later found that Walgreens fax machine was not working. I went into the pharmacy and asked them to please call my Dr.‘s office as it was Friday afternoon and I was now out of my meds. The pharmacy tech said, «Its not our job to get our patients prescriptions.» I have never had such poor customer service. I turned around and walked out. I decided to have my prescriptions transferred to CVS. They had them ready by the time I got there.

Stopped in to grab a few last minute Easter items. Unfortunately the shelves looked a little picked over but I wasn’t searching for anything special. Check out went quickly and I was in and out in a flash…

The staff is always excellent! Thats what’s keeping this from being a 2 star rating!
The store management never seems to order extra items when they are going to be on sale. I will go in the day that they stock the store to purchase some items that I have coupons for, and they will already be out, which means they didn’t order more to have for their couponing customers like myself!
The other two locations in Hemet seem to do a better job of stocking the store with the items that they are going to sell a lot of that week!

Of all the Pharmacies I’ve been to, this is without a doubt the worst one. Their telephone service is a «why bother». After 12 minutes on hold to speak with a representative, I gave up. And that was my 3^rd attempt to reach someone. They have the typical message response that «You are the NEXT caller»… what a joke. They have been consistently late, by several days, in the refilling of prescriptions, without any apology or even a lame excuse. There are too many other convenient and certainly more efficient Pharmacies to choose from. Don’t bother with this one.
