Professio Nail

This place is such a joke. My sister recently went in to have her nails done for the first time. I was so disappointed that she went here. I didnt know until afterwards or i would have upheld my older sister duties and tried to shield my sister from a horrible decision. Her (now) fiancé sent his mother and her to get their nails not only as a valentine gift but because he proposed to her later that night and of course knew she would take pictures of her new ring along accented by her new nails. Not how it worked out. They spent a lot of money for a lot of crap. My sister asked for a blue sparkle square nail set with a silver upward glitter from cuticle to mid nail (fading). Usually when REAL nail techs do this they use a blue glitter polish and the silver would be a heavier flake. Before applying any polish she noticed the nail tech was filing the tip in a lot when she wanted a square tip. She mentioned this to the tech and she said that she was going to do it that way because it was in style, everyone was doing it. What im thinking she was trying to attempt was the coffin nail look and missed by a long shot. After all was said and done my sisters mother in law explained to the man of the shop that my sister was no happy with her nails and he stated, she got what she paid for. That is such bad business.

FINALLY… I found a place with high-​tech spa chairs which are sterile and fungus free. Also, they sterilize all instruments. The place is very clean, including the bathroom. It is under new management and the upgrades are awesome. I will be going back for regular manicures and pedicures from now on.

I love my mani pedi that I got with Kathy. The staff was very nice and the vibe between customers and staff was good. Under new management and I like the change!

I have to agree that this is probably the worst pedicure place I have been too. They saw my closed toed shoes and made a comment and sent me out with those anyways and didn’t even make it to my car before they were messed up. They acted like I did something wrong by wearing my closed toed shoes. They did fix them but I didn’t really have the time to have them repaint when it could have been prevented. I saw them only clean the tubs with water and no cleanser. The carpets were really dirty too and he had me walk over in my bare feet to get gel off my toes. All around a rough experience. Wish them the best.

THE WORST! Nothing Professional about this business from the two manicurists sleeping on spa chairs when I walked through the front door (should have been my first clue!) to the consistent attempts to up-​sell, to the pain that was caused during the nail check, and the finale, talking about me in their language about how I wanted a fill and not a back fill (really?) while I’m getting a pedicure. Wow! Never have I had such an awful nail salon experience. Live and learn!
