seriously this pier one has the nicest staff out of any pier one i have been to. my boyfriend and i have been eyeing this lovely dining room table for about a year now and were told to order it by my grandma as her house warming gift to us. so when we went in to order it i was a little sad it wasn’t on sale as it had been the week before but decided to order it anyway. the girl helping us i can’t remember her name but she was younger was extremelyhelpful kept going into the back to see if the different colors and styles available in the table were available in store when they weren’t she said she could order it for us at no additional cost. i got on my phone to see if i could find any pier one coupons but the one i had didn’t apply. the manager a younger white lady with short blonde hair, stepped in and told the sale girl to use a 20% coupon that had expired the day before and that she would sign off on allowing her to apply it to our purchase. all i can say is WOW. talk about going above and beyond for a customer! it has been awhile since I’ve experienced such awesome service. We were then informed that our table would be delivered to the store that thursady (it was now a monday) so just a few short days and we would have our beautiful table. I received the call that thursday as promised and spoke with julia or juliet??? i think. and i told her my boyfriend would be on his way with the truck to pick our table up, she told me to just have him pull around and they would load it up for him, which they did. all in all such an amazing experience at this location and the customer service and staff friendliness was on point (much better than the temecula location where i live) and this store is a lot cleaner and more organized as well

I this store! Helpful staff! Wonderful selection I could spend my husbands whole paycheck in here!!!

I wish I was rich so I can buy everything is this store. Everything from the papasan chairs to the margarita glasses. Expect to spend a lot of dough. But you get pretty good quality stuff. Have to agree with Liz O about the customer service. Always nice and they REALLY want you to sign up for their credit card. Haha. When they have sales, you can actually get a pretty good amount for not that much.

I like Pier 1, they have many nice things.
The prices are outrageous! But every now and then, you can find a good deal.
This location in particular is nice, especially for Hemet.
The employees are really friendly and love to help!
The store is well stocked and has plenty to look at.
There is definitely something for everyone here!

I probably stop in here once a week (or so it feels like) just to check out anything new that they have. I rarely purchase anything, but I look in hopes that something will catch my eye.
EVERY employee here is sweet, attentive, and helpful. In three years, I’ve never come across a rude or useless staff member. Awesome.
They’ve got unique stuff — come here during the holiday seasons for some cute things for your home. Wreaths, ornament trees, etc. Or if you’re looking for different wall art/​sculptures, stop in this store because you might find something you fall in love with!
The store is next to Ross, which means not a great location, but a very convenient one nonetheless.
