Worst run Panera I’ve ever been to by far! Staff is friendly but poorly trained. Manager could care less when they serve incomplete orders or run out of drinks. Cashiers disappear to the back. Always a very slow line.

I have given this location not one… but TWO tries. The first time, a LONG DISGUSTING HAIR was baked into my cookie. The second time, the manager was super rude and not helpful at all when we were asking questions and made us feel stupid and unwanted. This place is HORRIBLE and we will be sharing our experiences with everyone we know in Hemet and surrounding areas. What a shame.

Kind of on the pricy end, but salads are very good. Wish they had table service. Standing in long lines to place order sucks. They have an app and screen where you can order in the lobby, but it wasn’t easy to use. I’ve also read that their hot pasta and Mac and cheese are microwaved. Uugh. That’s too bad if it’s true. Breads are pretty good.

Service sucks I have to walk away from this place so unplaced. Employees need to realize if they don’t change attitude they going to end up closing this location and they going end up with out a job. Soups are water up so gross, salad taste awful never coming back to this location ask for samples. But again they so cheap they may denied. Eat at your own risk. I’m taking my business somewhere else.

Food is excellent as Paneras are all consistent with egg soufflés, bagels, breakfast sandwiches and pastries. They also will make special order items. Can’t go wrong with any of the breakfast items.
Service is exceptional. A large order was missed so I had to wait for them to redo it and they comped me. Large order at no cost all for the inconvenience.
Morning staff is friendly and always helpful.

Pro: It’s a Panera, you are not going to die here. Clean tables.
Con: It’s Hemet, service quality may be of an issue.
It was a simple family outing. Just one of my kids didn’t receive her food at all, mixed up salad dressing and no cheese option. Kids meal came out with wrong side dishes.
The manager Lorene Hunter took care of everything after we explained our minor problems. So the staff had an off off day, but it does happen.

I’m happy with the food and service every time I come. It was a rare occasion that I had a problem with an order that they messed up, but they have handled it to my satisfaction, and I returned soon after and made a purchase with the confidence that they stand behind their product and service. That’s how you do business right in the restaurant industry! When an issue comes up is when you see the true colors of an establishment It’s not a place you go to fill up; it’s a place to go for quality and taste. On a side note I must say that I just had the bagels for the first time and they are pretty awesome.

The European types of breads are a treat that accompany the meal. Prices are a bit higher than other restaurants but the selection of food at this location is quite different and tasty

You know, the more and more I’ve come here recently, the more and more I’m disappointed and hate that I spent money here.
For some reason, the food quality has just kind of gone downhill. And the price for what I’m getting.insane. I like their morning menu and have never had an issue there. But, for dinner time… not good at all. Very sloppy with the hot sandwiches and hardly any meat.
It is WAY too expensive here to get just ok food… I would rather go to McDonalds!

I love Panera but this location has serious issues with their drive through. This morning I ordered 2 Spinach Artichoke quiche, 2 large iced coffee with milk, an OJ and a water.
The quiches were both four cheese, the coffee hardly had any milk and OJ was frozen and just some over priced bottles crap. Then to top it all off I asked for the drinks in a carrier. The minute I stood and got out of the car both coffees they both feel out of the carrier and made a mess in the driveway.
Really!!! For the premium price of their restaurant they need to do much better.
